How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people by actively listening, observing and brainstorming ideas with them for on how they can reach their goals, and resources that may be needed to achieve that. I will assist in helping your find a plan to reach your goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with an individual as he or she works towards achieving their goals for independent living.

My personal and professional past living experiences from childhood on have guided me along my path to becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my spare time I like to go walking, do crafts and read.
