Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with individuals and families in the Wisconsin Works (W-2) Program to help them find resources in the community. I also worked with at-risk youth and their families for a couple of years. I have been with TMG for over 10 years now and love working with the IRIS participants and their families.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am a good listener and I love to learn new things. I enjoy getting to know the individuals and their families participating in the IRIS program. I work with participants to find out what their dreams and goals are and the best way to help meet his/her needs. I work closely with the people I partner with to help them find services and resources that will help them live the life they want to live.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is forming bonds with the participants and their families in the IRIS program. I enjoy working together to find ways to improve their lives. I love to assist people and do what I can to make their lives easier. Making others happy is what makes me happy.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have been working with people in their homes for as long as I can remember. I have always been a people person and always want to assist when I can. I have worked with people from difference cultures and backgrounds and have learned a lot along the way. I have also worked with people of all ages. I am interested in what people have to say and I love to learn what makes each person unique.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married with 2 children. I love to travel or just get away for the weekend. I am also crafty and love to take on new projects. I am also a big animal lover and adore my dogs and my parrot.
