I enjoy finding out what people like, want and need. We use this information together to create plans and work through all the steps to reach the goals we establish.

My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is creating relationships with and learning about people. I get an opportunity to share other people's perspectives and help them create and reach goals that are important to them.

As a special education teacher, music therapist and activities director, I have been fortunate to work with people of all ages who all have had different needs and skills. Through those experiences, I have been involved in assisting people to reach their goals academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
