How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I can partner with people to clear the path ahead by using my excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with resources to create plans, and find new resources as well, to help participants reach their goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy the wide variety of people I partner with and helping them meet their needs to stay as independent as they can in their community.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience as a case manager with My Choice Family Care’s Long-Term Care Program prepared me to serve the people I partner with in IRIS. I am very knowledgeable of the resources available to you, and look forward to connecting you with the things you need to achieve your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy being physically active, outdoors if possible. I swim all year, and spend frequent weekends exploring Door County in the summer. I also like to garden and read to relax.
