Prior to TMG, I spent the last five years working as a case manager with adults with physical disabilities, as well as with people dealing with mental health and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) issues. I assisted individuals with navigating through services that would best meet their needs. I also have experience working with children and families, as well as working with individuals connected to the court systems.

More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
The way that I partner with people to clear the path ahead is by first helping them to identify the obstacles that are in the middle of that pathway, and then helping them find the services that would assist them to live an independent life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping individuals express their needs and assisting them in being able to obtain their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Both professional and personal experiences prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant. I've always been a person to help others. Two years ago my mother was enrolled in the IRIS program. I saw her open up to her consultant and say things that she may have not said to me and my sister. I also noticed the change in her feeling more in control of the situation. I look forward to offering the kind of support my mother’s IRIS Consultant gave to the people that I partner with.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, read books, watch tv, and craft.
