Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a behavioral health case manager/service facilitator. Before working in human services, I was a dental hygienist who had a career ending injury, which led to me finding a new way to help people improve their quality of life. My education in human development and family studies has broadened my knowledge of understanding the different stages of life and how that can look different for everyone.

More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering with people to clear the path ahead means learning about the individual and what goals they have in mind. It's about learning what their clear path looks like and making an action plan to achieve the clear path goals.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I have a passion for not only helping people, but helping others self-direct their journey in life. Helping others get the most out of life fills my heart.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My work as a coordinator/service facilitator for both the children's long-term care program and the comprehensive community services program have broadened my knowledge and experience with community supports. My dental hygiene education and experience prior to human services has given me a wide range of medical knowledge and allowed me to work independently with a diverse population.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two golden retrievers.
