More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Working together is the easiest way to clear the path ahead. By cultivating a trusting relationship and using that relationship to collaborate on ways to function as independently as possible, the path can be cleared for optimum quality of life.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
The ability to create relationships with clients is an amazing aspect of being a TMG IRIS Consultant. Creating a safe space to discuss and brainstorm solutions to problems and celebrate successes makes this a job that doesn't feel like a job at all!

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous work experience includes helping people create goals and treatment plans that facilitate living as independently as possible. While this taught me numerous skills, the most valuable things I learned were the ability to think outside of the box to achieve goals; the importance of patience and understanding when providing services; and the amazing things that can be accomplished when a relationship is built on collaboration.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, you can find me going to concerts with my husband and playing with my kids and puppy. I also love to read, dominate euchre games, and enjoy watching medical dramas and documentaries.
