How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I try to partner with people by acting as a formal or informal system, and helping assist with removing any obstacles that might standing in the way of their self-sufficiency.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is partnering with people to remove barriers that open doors to opportunity and watching their success.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have been a strong supporter of self-direction since 2005, when I first started using the framework. I truly believe it is the most effective style of case management.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I am not working, I love spending time with family and friends – especially my daughter. I also enjoy working out, reading a good book, watching movies and traveling.
