More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people like yourself to help navigate the IRIS program while you take the wheel of self-directed care. By getting to know you and learning about your specific needs and goals, I'll be along for the ride to provide support and resources. We'll identify and overcome roadblocks on the way, working together to clear the path ahead.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I'm proud to have a rewarding career as a TMG IRIS Consultant because I sincerely believe in the values associated with self-directed care. I feel incredibly grateful to have a fulfilling job that allows me to work with others, and I always look forward to getting to know new people!
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience as a direct support professional (DSP) in programs similar to IRIS has best prepared me for this position. I also have an extensive background in medical office administration, team leadership, and customer service, which equipped me with skills that further benefit my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. Along with a bachelor’s degree in humanities, I minored in Native American studies, contributing to a deeper awareness of the unique strengths and assets found within those communities.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love exploring the Northwoods when the weather is nice. Otherwise, you can usually find me at home with my cat, Pippin. I always have a podcast or YouTube video playing in the background while I do things around the house, but I prefer listening to music in my free time. My ideal weekend includes hiking, getting takeout, and catching up on my favorite shows.
