Your TMG IRIS consultant is your partner as you create a plan that meets your needs and stays within your IRIS budget. Your TMG IRIS consultant can connect you to resources in your area, and will be a great source of information for any questions you have about the IRIS program. In a self-directed program like IRIS, you decide who provides your support and services and when they happen. You may have natural support from people in your life, or you may choose to purchase the support you need from an agency or someone that you hire directly. Your TMG IRIS consultant will be there to talk through these decisions with you, and will help you put a plan in place that reflects your choices.

More about me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people by bringing new ideas and solutions to help them overcome the barriers or obstacles they may be facing. I am adaptable and creative in finding these solutions that, many times, are free and require low-technology.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy seeing other people succeed in meeting their goals, no matter how big or small that success may be. I get excited about working with other people to find their passions, interests and inspirations.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have experience in the Occupational Therapy field, durable medical equipment arena and, most recently, at an Independent Living Center. These experiences have taught me how to communicate effectively with others, how to make a task achievable and how to work through complicated problems by making simple steps towards a solution.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I love being outside and active. I hunt, fish, canoe, camp, hike and go on adventure trips with my husband as often as possible. I like spending time with friends and family playing cards, cooking meals together and enjoying the beauty that Wisconsin has to offer.
