How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Communication and building a good partnership are very important to me. As I partner with people enrolled in IRIS, I will help them navigate this program as well as provide them information on resources that are available to them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I love that this program is self-directed. It gives people freedom and flexibility to create a plan that meets their needs and helps them reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have a lengthy work history in case management and caregiving and have worked closely with people who are aging and individuals with disabilities. This experience has prepared me to be a passionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you work towards your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Family time is precious to me. I also love spending as much time as I can with my two miniature schnauzer dogs, Sam and Gemma. We love to go for walks!
