Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a case manager at a rehabilitation center for seven years. Along with being in other roles, I was employed with the organization for over 10 years. I have worked in state-run institutions, hospitals, nursing homes, and adult family care homes, which has given me experience working with a wide range of populations.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering allows me to share my resourcefulness with you so that you can achieve your goals. We work together to outline what goals you want to achieve how to set those plans in action.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is knowing that the people I partner with have the freedom to choose their own path. I also enjoy being able to develop quality relationships with these individuals and their supports.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working in many various fields and with the diverse range of people that I have worked with has prepared me to be a knowledgably and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I have also had the opportunity to take many professionals trainings, which have given me a better understanding of how I can best serve the people I partner with. Continuing to learn new things is important to me, and I’m happy to use my expertise to help you live the life you choose.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I have four adult children who have given me four beautiful grandchildren, with another coming in April of 2022. I enjoy spending as much time that I can with them! I also have a seasonal camper north of Madison that I enjoy going to on the weekends. I enjoy watching most sports, but football, golf and NASCAR are my favorites.
