I’ve been in the healthcare industry for nearly 18 years. There I’ve held different roles, including being a certified nursing aide to working in medical records, medical administration and fiscal affairs. I operated a few 1-2 bed adult family homes in Dane County serving individuals who needed assistance with daily living cares. Prior to TMG, I worked with the State of Wisconsin Division of Medicaid Services, where I worked as a service array provider under my own agency within the Comprehensive Care Services (CCS) network for about 5 years. Therefore, I have extensive experience with helping people obtain the best quality care of living through peer support, medication monitoring, employment and readiness programs that can assist those in need.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
My mission in clearing the path ahead is to help the people I partner with gain independence while supporting them in living the life they choose. I like to help individuals understand and learn more about their passion and purpose in life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I take pride in serving people with disabilities and being the advocate for those to be successful within their community.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience working with a diverse group of people on a daily basics has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you, and I’m excited to partner with you so that you work towards your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with my children.
