More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I like taking the time to get to know you and learning about your goals. Together, we will then put together a plan to help you get the supports that you need, and work towards helping you live a more independent life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I would say my favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant would be the continuous learning and growth it has helped me experience, both personally and professionally. Learning about the people I partner with, their important relationships, their goals, and helping them identify if they have not and helping or seeing them achieve those goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
After being a Screening Specialist for a year, I realized I wanted to be more hands-on with the people we serve in our community. I wanted to build rapport with clients, see them grow and be a part of their growth. As a Screening Specialist, I would leave visits wondering what ever happened to that person? Did they get the job they interviewed for? Were they approved for the house they applied for? Did they find the pet they had lost two days prior to our visit? All these questions had prepared me to transition and become a TMG IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I have three children, so I am constantly on the go. In my free time, I like to spend quality time with my husband and our children. We will do anything from enjoying pizza and a movie at home to spending the day outdoors.
