What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Being able to assist and provide information that can help someone decide what their own goals and path for the future are. Seeing someone be able to take small steps in the direction of reaching their goals is so rewarding.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience as a Case Manager working in the vocational/employment world prepared me to work with the variety of people in this line of work. I feel that being open-minded about everyone's different goals and path is important. Meeting people where they are at is what I strive for.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
During my free time I like to garden and hang out with my family and friends.
