I appreciate getting to know people and hearing about their life. I value using creativity, and even at times humor, to create an environment that we can both grow in. Partnership is building trust and knowing that I'm dependable to assist you in reaching your goals. I look forward to partnering with you, and being resourceful and learning together.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I think self-directed care is important. It gives people a voice and allows them to be heard. I love working with all types of people and helping them achieve what's important to them. Helping someone see what could be available to them to, to even see dreams fulfilled, is a part of what makes me smile everyday.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My jobs working with families in their homes has taught me the most. It has helped me learn how to truly listen to individuals directly and learn how I can be a better person and support to the people I partner with.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family. I love adventures and taking pictures. I love travelling. I love trying new recipes and cooking. I like watching movies and going on outdoor bike rides when the weather is nice. I enjoy true crime podcasts.
