Prior to working at TMG, I worked for Aurora Community Services for five years in several different departments, including: residential, day services, vocational, and, for about a year and a half, working specifically with youth in transition. I alsohad the opportunity to be a part of creating the Cardinal Transition Academy in the Chippewa Falls Area United School District, which aims to bridge the gap between school and employment for special education students between the ages of 18-21 by providing meaningful and relevant work experiences and social/independent living skills and opportunities.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is connecting and building relationships with the people I partner with and their loved ones. I enjoy self-directed care because it provides participants to have control of all aspects of their lives.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience of supporting individuals in many different aspects of life has prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from all ages, disabilities, ethnicities and a wide range of backgrounds. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy taking my pet dog on walks/hikes, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and trying new things!
