How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am very enthusiastic about my job, and I love to help people. I come to people with no judgement and try my best to help them find the best path for them to either maintain or increase the quality of their life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is making and maintaining relationships with the people I partner with. I love being able to help them if there is a problem, and seeing them maintain their independence is incredibly rewarding for me.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I've worked in the social services field for a long time, so I have a lot of different experiences with people from different backgrounds. I think these experiences have helped me to be approachable to my participants.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I absolutely love to craft! I currently make my own candles, salves and lotions. I also like to go foraging for plants and herbs when the weather is nice. I am a huge reader as well. I love to cook and try new recipes.
