Partnering with people to me means collaboration. I enjoy working with individuals to achieve their goals and provide resources to pursue those goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy being a resource to the families and community that I serve and live in.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
As a personal care worker for my grandmother, I was appreciative for the time I was able to spend with her before she passed away. The self-directed program employed me and made quality possible, without having to worry about a wage sustaining income. I feel that families can benefit from my knowledge and experience, and I would like to be a part of this process in any that I can.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.
