Prior to joining TMG, I spent nine years managing an adult day/respite center, where I provided services to adults with disabilities, and as well as those who are aging. The mission for the organization was to help people learn employment skills, get adaptive equipment to increase their independence, and to provide them with daily reassurance.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
In my eyes, a partnership means working together to achieve a common outcome. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I strive to be a good listener, and to get creative when needed to help you reach your goals. I also believe that working together and building trust is a big part of this partnership, and I look forward to getting to know you and your hopes, dreams and goals.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting new people, getting to know them and helping them achieve their goals and the new skills that they’re interested in learning.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have had to privilege of working with individuals with specials needs, as well as those with various diagnosis, needs and levels of care. This experience has prepared me to be a caring and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to sharing my skills with you.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I like to enjoy time with my family, and getting out in the beautiful weather. We enjoy boating, swimming, hiking and fishing. I could sit outdoors for hours reading a good book and playing with my dog.
