How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am a resource to help bridge individuals to the services they need. It is important for me as a Consultant to help individuals establish a clear path toward self-direction. I help individuals answer the what can I do, and how can I do it questions. I partner with people to clear the path ahead by empowering them with tools to build a strong self-directed program.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is creating positive outcomes in the lives of the people I partner with.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have vast experience working in a variety of areas including Special Education, Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury and adults/children with developmental disabilities.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am an avid reader. In my spare time I enjoy curling up with a good book. I also enjoy researching topics in the area of Special Education and Autism. I love taking road trips to visit popular attractions around the United States, and I spend a lot of time with my family.
