More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I believe when partnering with others to help them reach their goals, it’s important to have open, two-way communication. Ideas should be shared freely and without criticism, and working together to figure out the best way to clear the path ahead.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping empower people to succeed. Assisting them in this process is exciting for me.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My different experiences of working with diverse populations over the years has been extremely educational. I have learned that every situation and every individual has a unique story. Listening and learning about their story enables all of us to work toward common goals!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending some quiet time with our dogs. I’m actively involved in local pet rescues, and I do volunteer work for them when I’m able to.
