Prior to TMG I gained extensive experience in all aspects of home care including frail elder care, memory care and end of life care. I received additional training and experience with dementia and AlzheimerÆs diagnosis as well as family support. In addition to my vast experience in these areas, I have great knowledge and history of partnering with individuals to meet their transportation needs including driver assessment resources and vehicle modifications, and gaining and maintaining their independence.

More about me
How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
The most important thing to me as an IRIS consultant is getting to know the people I partner with. Where have they been, where are they headed and how can we best partner to get them where they want to be. When partnering with individuals in the IRIS program, it is very important to me that individuals not only survive in their homes and communities but thrive. I am always willing to look outside the box for creative ideas to meet challenges and barriers to people living their best lives and feel very few things in life are unattainable with great support and the proper resources.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is partnering with individuals to realize their life goals and dreams! I enjoy the people who have chosen to share their lives with me and trust in me to be their partner and take this opportunity very seriously. I have been very blessed to have worked with so many amazing individuals in this program and look forward to walking side by side with each and every individual I partner with long term.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked in and around home care and long term care facilities providing care to older adults, people with developmental disabilities and people with physical disabilities most all of my life. I have a grown daughter who has some developmental disabilities as well and have lived first-hand some of the challenges that come with these types of diagnoses. I have volunteered my time in teaching care providers and families how to support their loved ones with memory care concerns and diagnosis and have become very familiar with utilizing and researching resources in many communities around my home area as well as other counties in Wisconsin.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy anything outside and spend some time almost every day at a lake near my home with my dog. My favorite day is Thursday, when I get to cook for my two adult daughters, two granddaughters and my grandson. Family is very important to me and I'm very passionate about helping folks live their best lives!
