How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I like to meet with people and find out what their goals in life are. Then, we brainstorm together to find out how those goals can be achieved.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to meet new people and helping them reach their goals.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Previously, I worked as a long-term support coordinator, providing case management primarily for adults with developmental disabilities. Along with that, I provided case management for adults with physical disabilities, adults with mental health needs, and adults with long-term medical care needs. Finally, I also managed an adult day program for several years serving adults with developmental disabilities.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time with my family, playing sports, and traveling.
