How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I enjoy partnering with people to clear the path ahead by looking at news to support outcomes and overcome barriers. I enjoy finding ways that haven't been tried yet and supporting people to drive the decisions in their own life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing people's growth in achieving their goals. I enjoy partnering with people to make their own decisions and drive their own life choices.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Previous experience that prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant includes providing direct care in group home facilities as well as community support agencies. Furthering my experience, I provided family care case management with a managed care organization (MCO) for several years.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and cats on my free time. As a family we enjoy taking small day trips and exploring our community.
