I have 20 plus years partnering with people to help them navigate through the processes of life such as employment, completing paperwork, working with community agencies and federal programs such as Social Security. I have worked with both youth and adults for those many years. I also have dementia training and participation in developing a dementia-friendly community.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I love working with people to help them find what their goals are and how to reach them. Asking them the big questions like "what is important in your life", "what brings you happiness" and finally "how would you like to reach and maintain your goals."
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I love being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I get to work with amazing people who just need someone to be on their side, wants to have someone who listens to them, and helps them realizes their goals, not what someone else thinks they need to be happy.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working with many types of people both young and old. Being familiar with systems such as Social Security and county agencies. Working side by side with peers who have knowledge and shared that knowledge with me.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I like to read and spend time with family. I am also a hospice volunteer, and I find this a rewarding and spiritual adventure.
