Partnering to me means meeting people where they are, and making a plan they feel is appropriate and attainable. I help to identify services and supports available and assist with finding additional resources to accomplish goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
The most rewarding part of being an IC is getting to know people and see them reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My extensive knowledge in the areas of insurance, as well as working in state benefits helps me with my role as an IC.
