You have applied to join the Molina Healthcare family. Here is what happens next.

  • Molina Healthcare membership typically takes effect on the 1st day following the month you choose to enroll in Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin.
  • Molina Healthcare will send you a Member Welcome Packet no later than 10 calendar days following your effective date of enrollment with the plan.
  • You will also receive a separate letter confirming your primary care physician (PCP)
