At Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin, Inc. we appreciate the support you give our members who prefer to speak and read in languages other than English. In response to member requests for more options, and to ease the burden on your staff, we are pleased to offer several new resources:
Language Identification Tool
This sheet can be displayed on your counter, on a wall, or even used as a laminated sheet for staff to use one-on-one with patients.
Interpreter Request Cards
We are mailing these handy cards to members in our top WI languages for use when they go to the doctor. Cards may also downloaded on this page.
