Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a case manager in the LIFE Services program at the Milwaukee Center for Independence, with a special focus on community integration and providing behavioral support. I love helping people enjoy the outdoors and have worked in multiple day camps, residential camps, and overnight camping groups specifically adapted to individuals with disabilities.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I firmly believe that any goal can be met with a little creativity and a lot of hard work. I enjoy helping people dream about the kind of life they want to live and then help them make a plan that turn those dreams into a reality.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
TMG's person-centered focus is my favorite part of this role. I enjoy being able to help create plans that help meet unique individual goals instead of employing a one-size-fits-all approach.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked with individuals of all ages and in a variety of settings, which has taught me that there are so many different paths to success and countless ways to overcome obstacles. I look forward to applying those creative problem-solving skills in the IRIS Consultant role.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I'm not at work, I love being out in the fresh air and sunshine! Reading a book in my hammock while listening to the waves of Lake Michigan is my idea of a perfect day.
