When working alongside others, I feel that communication is a top priority. I strive to ensure that I fully understand what your needs are and how you want to meet them. I focus on giving clear information about what steps we need to take to make changes and make myself available for any additional help along the way.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being an IRIS Consultant at TMG is being able to make a difference in the lives of those I work with. There is nothing more rewarding than using the skills I've learned to help others reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working with the Children's Long-Term Care Support program has helped me learn about the nuances of the Medicaid world. I also worked in case management in Milwaukee County, which has given me access to hundreds of resources to assist those I work with.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, skiing, and spending time in nature with my puppy. I enjoy being in the moment with those I care about and being grateful for all I have.
