How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I will be communicating with people to get to know them and their hopes, dreams, needs, etc. to help assist them in making a plan to work to clear their path. I will help locate resources to assist in obtaining positive outcomes.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the opportunity to get to know the individuals and work with them on individual plans to help achieve their desires and goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working as an Economic Support Specialist provided much experience in working with a very diverse population of people and cultures. Through much organization I managed large caseloads and maintained appropriate time frames.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy gardening, sewing, cooking, raising chickens and reading.
