In my previous employment, I worked with adults with disabilities such as Down Syndrome, autism, and traumatic brain injuries. During this time, I provided instruction and help on Daily Living Skills and also organized small and large group outings into the community. I also spent time as a case coordinator and managed about 40 caseloads for this nonprofit organization. My passion is to ensure that people of all abilities are able to achieve their goals, needs, and wants while living happy and successful lives.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Paths don't always need to be cleared rather multiple paths need to be provided. Partnering with people is important so multiple paths are available for the participant to choose what is right for him/her.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant will be meeting new people and helping them to find the tools to achieve their goals, needs, and wants.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Many experiences have prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant. These experiences include helping to care for my aging grandparents, a long recovery from a serious car accident, and my previous jobs as a case coordinator, direct support professional, and program coordinator for adults with disabilities.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy time in nature and gardening. I also enjoy going to movies and Packer games, baking cookies, trying new recipes, and spending time with my 3 kids.
