How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people to clear the path ahead by listening. Listening to their stores, challenges, goals, and everything else that is important to them. Developing relationships helps to set the groundwork for a successful plan and great partnership.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
The participants that I get to partner with is my favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant. No two partnerships are the same. How we partner together is truly up to you, and I will work with you to make our partnership what you want it to be. My joy comes from seeing someone else obtain something they have wanted and worked for.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Before becoming an IRIS Consultant at TMG, I worked on the TMG Operations Team assisting IRIS Consultants with a wide array of topics. Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as both a case manager and a job coach. These positions gave me a wide array in knowledge and perspectives that allows me to look at situations from multiple perspectives.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and friends, watching our son play football, using my smoker, and traveling. My husband and I also belong to a Middle Ages Reenactment group that we have traveled throughout the country to participant in.
