Getting Started

Congratulations on choosing to self-direct your long-term services and supports using Wisconsin’s IRIS program! We are so thrilled that you’ve chosen us as your partner. By joining the TMG IRIS Consultant Agency (TMG ICA), you’ve joined a community of over 17,000 people around the state.

We are here for you every step of the way. We’re happy to offer advice and share information with you, but you have choice and control to make the decisions that are best for you.

Here are some things that you can expect in the next couple of weeks:

  • You will receive a welcome call and welcome packet from TMG that contains important and time-sensitive information.
  • You’ll select a TMG IRIS Consultant who lives near you. Your Consultant is your dedicated partner in the IRIS program. Click here to view a list of TMG IRIS Consultants near you and learn a little bit more about them.
  • You and your Consultant will have an initial conversation to begin to identify your goals and build an IRIS Services and Supports Plan.
