You can contact Member Services for additional resources and more information on community resources in your area. You can also contact your care manager. It is important to let your care manager know about the services you need. Your care manager will assist in connecting you to these resources.

We encourage you to call or visit the websites of our community partners. If there is a resource you need that is not listed, dial 211 from your home or mobile phone. Your call will be routed to a referral specialist in your area. 211 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can help you find much needed information on health and human services.

You can also visit 211 on the web at 211Ohio.net or 211.org. Visit the websites for the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, the Ohio Department of Aging, or the Area Agencies on Aging for additional resources.

If you would like to contact the MyCare Ohio Ombudsman, visit https://aging.ohio.gov/care-and-living/get-help/get-an-advocate, or call 800-282-1206 toll-free from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. local time Monday to Friday.
