providers and hospitals to give you care. We team up with your healthcare providers to make
sure you have the best experience possible. We want you to get the care you
need at the right time and in the right place.
How to access your healthcare
- Use Urgent Care for problems that need fast attention.
- Get 24/7 advice from a nurse. Call (888) 275-8750.
- Get free transportation to your doctor appointment. Call (866) 907-1493.
- Find a doctor. Log into mymolina.com to see the correct results for you. You may also visit molinaproviderdirectory.com/wi and choose your correct Plan/Program name. Or, call us at (888) 999-2404 (TTY: 711).
- Access your health information, test results, and appointments. Check with your doctor’s office to sign up for their Electronic Medical Record or Patient Portal.
- Get important notices about your health. Visit our member portal, mymolina.com, and sign up for text and email notices. You can also download the My Molina app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
