ECM Provider Manual
This manual serves as a reference guide to all of our contracted Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Providers who are utilizing Molina’s Clinical Care Advance (CCA) care management platform. This manual provides information on how to navigate CCA, the ECM guidelines, and program requirements. The provider manual also includes policies, procedures, and requirements to support you in providing comprehensive care to our members and understanding our ECM program. The information contained within the manuals is current as of the date of its publication. The manual has been split into five (5) parts. We will update our provider manual from time to time as our policies/regulatory requirements change.
