My approach when partnering with new participants and helping them reach their goals involves creating strong, achievable goals, developing a supportive and personable plan and empowering each participant while assisting with linking them to community resources to secure the care and support needed to achieve their goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
One of the most rewarding aspects of being an IRIS consultant is the opportunity to empower participants to take control of their own care and support. By supporting their journey to self direction we can help participants unlock their potential and achieve their fullest possible life!
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience working as a case manager and case management supervisor has equipped me to be a dedicated and knowledgeable IRIS consultant. These roles provided me with extensive experience in partnering with participants, setting goals, and connecting them to community resources, ultimately helping them lead a fulfilled and empowered life.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, friends and my two dogs. I enjoy all water activities and being outside in the sun but also enjoy a cozy winter day. I enjoy connecting with community events in Dane County!
