GETTING STARTED
We are here for you every step of the way. We’re happy to offer advice and share information with you, and you will have choice and control to make the decisions that are best for you. Here are some things that you can expect in the next couple of weeks:
- You will receive a welcome call and welcome packet from TMG that contains important and time-sensitive information.
- You will select a TMG IRIS Consultant who lives near you. Your Consultant is your dedicated partner in the IRIS program. Click here to view a list of TMG IRIS Consultants near you and learn more about them.
- You and your TMG IRIS Consultant will have a conversation so they can get to know you better, begin to identify your goals, and help you build an IRIS Services and Supports Plan.
