Since 1986, TMG’s focus has been on improving community-based long-term care. We help to support and improve the services that thousands of our Wisconsin neighbors rely on for health, safety, and personal fulfillment.  TMG was the first IRIS Consultant Agency and has been successfully partnering with people in the IRIS program for the past sixteen years.  Our staff live and work in communities throughout the state so we can connect locally with people in IRIS and the resources that support them to live in their communities.  TMG’s mission to empower people to live meaningful lives in their communities and a genuine concern for our neighbors are what drives us. It also keeps us on a constant path of innovation and improvement.
