This has allowed me to understand how to help people find the resources they need to reach their goals. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you live the life you choose. During my free time, I love to be around family, good food, and live music.

Akilah Grace- Milwaukee: I'm passionate about partnering with individuals to navigate their journey with IRIS. By listening closely to your needs and goals, I strive to build a trusting relationship where we collaborate on crafting supports that align with your desires. My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is fostering meaningful relationships with participants, empowering them to self-advocate and achieve their life goals with the right resources. My prior experiences working with diverse populations, including those with cognitive and physical challenges, have prepared me well for this role. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new outdoor activities and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Alexa Bristol- Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in various areas of disability services including direct care, day services, long term care, and corporate guardianship. In addition to this, I also was an IRIS Consultant through Consumer Direct Care Network for a year and a half. My experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy partnering with people and helping them reach their goals. I look forward to getting to know you and your dreams! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three cats, and being by the river or bonfire in the summertime.

Alexandra Murray-McKelvey- Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington: I'm passionate about partnering closely with individuals to pave the way forward through IRIS. By building strong relationships and co-creating meaningful goals, we develop actionable plans that excite and inspire. I take pride in helping clients maximize their IRIS budget and access essential services, supporting them as they achieve their milestones and enhance their quality of life. Alicia Simmons- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I was employed with the State of Wisconsin Division of Medicaid Services, where I worked as an income maintenance specialist for seven and a half years. This work has prepared me to be resourceful and caring TMG IRIS Consultant. I’m happy to share my expertise and knowledge of resources to help you live the life you choose. I love to travel in my free time and spend time with my family.

Alicia Pelleter- St. Croix: I engage with participants to collaboratively address their needs and empower them to achieve their fullest potential. My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is interacting with participants, learning their unique stories, and supporting them on their journey. My diverse work experiences and educational background have equipped me well for this role in understanding and meeting individual needs effectively. In my free time, I find joy in maintaining our home, reading books, taking walks, running, and cherishing moments with our family, friends, and beloved dog.

Alisha Gaunitz- Richland, Crawford, Vernon: Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a certified nursing assistant, providing personal care to individuals. I also worked for the Wisconsin Center for Independent Living for three years, which gave me intimate knowledge about adaptive equipment, as well as an understanding of the many different barriers that people may experience. I’m excited to get to know you and share my knowledge and skills with you so that you can find the resources you need to work towards your goals. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, practicing various instruments, spending time with my golden retriever, and hiking the trails around La Crosse.

Alissia Kreibich- Trempealeau, Jackson, Monroe: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for International Quality Homecare as their branch operations coordinator as well as working with Trempealeau County as an economic support specialist. I also have been a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and a personal care assistant (PNA), and have been a foster parent to children in need. All of this has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I love partnering with you, with you in the driver seat and me by your side to help you reach your goals. I’m excited to get to know you and help you clear the path ahead. In my free time, I enjoy being with my husband, three sons, and our cats and dogs. We enjoy being outdoors together, cooking, and traveling as a family.

Allison Schmidt- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Racine County for seven years. I have extensive experience working with older adults and individuals with Alzheimer's in addition to working with adults with mental health issues, physical, and developmental disabilities and alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) issues. I find my work rewarding because I get to empower others to be independent and achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to be creative and work on arts and crafts.

Allysa Vucenic- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Long Term Care Support Social Worker as well as a Long Term Care Specialist in Wisconsin for 9 years. This experience has broadened my knowledge in community resources and services. I have also worked with a wide range of individuals such as the elderly population along with those who are diagnosed with physical and developmental disabilities of all ages. I have significant training and understanding of those who are aging, adults diagnosed with Dementia, as well as adults with physical disabilities to work toward supporting individuals to remain in their homes. In my free time, I enjoy being outside and participating in outdoor activities with my husband, young children, and dog. I enjoy activities such as biking, hiking, and camping and love site-seeing with my children as well as exposing them to new parks, museums, and environments.

Alyssa Baker- Outagamie Calumet, Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with Caravel Autism Health for five years, which gave me extensive experience working with people on the Autism spectrum. This has prepared me to become a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to create a plan that will help you meet your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks with my dog, and going to dinner with friends.

Amanda Duffey- Dunn, Pierce, St. Croix: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Eau Claire County for 7 years, starting as an office associate, moving into the Foster care/Kinship department and from there finishing off my last four years at the County as an Income Maintenance worker in the Economic Support unit, assisting with State Healthcare, SNAP, Child care and Caretaker Supplement (CTS) programs. This work has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and what’s important in your life, and helping you find ways to reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going up north to our cabin, being in nature, painting, traveling walking my dogs, cooking and creating projects.

Amber Mroczenski- Marathon: I partner with individuals by actively listening to their needs and providing support to help them achieve their goals smoothly. My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is witnessing individuals succeed in reaching their objectives and celebrating their dedication throughout the journey. My background in healthcare and previous experience with IRIS have equipped me well for this role. In my free time, I enjoy quality moments with my family, assisting at my son's school, and volunteering for various organizations.

Amber Schneider- Fond du Lac: I partner with individuals as an IRIS Consultant to "clear the path ahead" by understanding their unique goals and crafting personalized plans using available services and supports. My journey towards this role began with a deep-seated desire to help others, nurtured through years of caregiving where I learned to connect, assess needs, and problem-solve effectively. The most rewarding part of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing someone achieve their goals, fostering growth, independence, and joy in their lives. In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, explore Wisconsin's outdoors through camping, fishing, and hiking, and indulge in the escape of a good book.

Amber Nichols- Milwaukee: Prior to working for TMG, I worked as a case manager with My Choice Family Care's Long Term Care Program and for Goodwill’s Supported Employment program. Therefore, I have a background in helping people in a long-term care program and connecting them with resources and job opportunities in their community. I enjoy working for TMG because I’m a big believer in self-directed care. I feel that it allows a person to remain independent and take control of their life and supports. It is very rewarding for me to be a part of that process. When I’m not working, I’m an avid reader and enjoy seeing where my imagination can take me through books. I also enjoy spending time with my pets and taking them on long walks when the weather is nice. I have lived in Milwaukee my whole life, however, I enjoy exploring new places and emerging myself in the activities the area has to offer.

Amerika Vang- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for three years for the non-profit organization Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, as well as several years in the food and retail industry. I’ve worked with a wide variety of people, and know that at the end of the day, we’re all looking to be heard and allowed to make our own choices. My experiences have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and learning about your passions and goals. In my free time, I love being with friends and family, attending church, traveling, cooking and eating great food, weightlifting, playing sports, board games, talking walks and watching good movies and shows.

Amie Berndt- Marquette: For over 20 years, I have worked with people who are aging as well as individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, day service centers for people with disabilities, Family Resource Centers and in the Family Care program. I truly enjoy working with individuals to assist them in living their best life. I believe in people being able to maintain as much independence as possible while still promoting health and safety. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching Wisconsin sports, and spending time in Florida.

Amy Bontempo- Door, Kewaunee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Milwaukee and have twenty years of experience with Birth-to-Three programs, schools and individualized education programs (IEPs), community engagement, advocacy, respite care, family programming, outreach, foster parent education and medically fragile infants and children. This has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you find the resources you need to live the life you choose. In my free time I enjoy being with family and friends and our two yellow labs, as well as tailgating and cheering on the Brewers and Packers.

Amy Crawford- Eau Claire, Trempeleau, Jackson: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in human services, long-term care, vocational services, homeless services and mental health support services. I am experienced in working with a variety of individuals and have a vast knowledge of community resources for financial, vocational, parental and care giving needs. I like working at TMG because I enjoy getting to know individuals so that I can help them create the life they want to live. My hobbies include watching NASCAR, dirt track racing, scrap booking and reading.

Amy Hartwig- Dodge, Jefferson: Before coming to TMG, I provided support to others through a community outreach program. I have also been a certified nursing assistant (CNA), and have certification in Equine Facilitated Growth and Learning for people. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and horses, gardening and interior decorating.

Amy Reza- Fond du Lac: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a counselor for individuals with substance abuse disorders for nine years. My education led me to open doors to gain hands-on experience in the field of helping others live the lives they choose. This has given me extensive experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds, mental health, or behavioral concerns. I believe real life experiences are what have prepared me the most. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family going out to dinner, watching movies, shopping, and relaxing with our furry friends (pets).

Amy Tikkanen- Adams, Juneau: With a background as an Area Director for Adult Family Homes and independent care providers, I bring extensive experience in supporting elder adults and adults with disabilities. This role allowed me to develop a deep understanding of Remote Support Services, enabling individuals to remain in their homes longer with the right supports. Now, as an IRIS Consultant with TMG, I take pride in empowering people to achieve self-directed care, helping them overcome obstacles and live fulfilling lives. I focus on truly understanding each person’s goals and creating action plans that respect their IRIS budget. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, gardening, fishing, traveling, baking treats to share, and spending time with family and my dogs.

Andrea Briese- Washington: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked 10 years for an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities, therefore, I gained extensive knowledge in this area. I enjoy working for TMG because I am compassionate about helping others who not only want to improve their lives, but are also willing to find alternate ways to do that. I also love crunching numbers (that's the accountant in me!), and get to do this when planning budgets and entering plans all to create a better and happier lifestyle for someone. On my free time, I love going for walks with my dogs through the woods and on the beach, camping, tubing down the river, playing a game of kickball or Frisbee 500 or just lounging in sunny weather.

Andrea Fisk- Ashland, Bayfield: I partner with individuals to 'clear the path ahead' by understanding their unique goals and identifying available services to support those goals. As an IRIS Consultant, my favorite part is empowering people to achieve independence through self-directed care, allowing them to make choices that enhance their freedom and quality of life. My background in caregiving, particularly caring for my terminally ill grandfather and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, has equipped me with the practical experience needed for this role. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my children and diving into non-fiction books.

Andrea Maloney- Brown: I have been working in the long-term care field for 18 years. Prior to joining the team at TMG, I worked at a managed care organization as well as both the Brown and Kewaunee County Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC). My experiences at the ADRC and in care management have given me the tools to navigate community resources, public benefits and services that we can explore together. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you clear the path ahead. In my free time, I enjoy being with our husband and four children, hiking, biking, gardening, music, cooking and baking.

Andrew Anselmi- Walworth, Jefferson: With over 30 years of experience in caregiving, I've cultivated a deep understanding of person-centered care principles from my beginnings as a direct caregiver to roles as a supervisor, manager, and director. My approach involves partnering closely with clients, learning about their goals, and co-creating plans that utilize their strengths and resources to pave the way for their success within the IRIS program. Witnessing clients achieve their long-desired milestones is incredibly rewarding—it's why I'm passionate about helping them enhance their quality of life. Outside of work, I cherish camping with my family and cooking meals outdoors, connecting with nature and exploring culinary creativity.

Angela Koebe- Brown: Prior to coming to TMG, I had 10 years of experience serving seniors who were unemployed and living on low-income to help them reach their goals for self-sufficiency through the Senior Community Service Employment Program. This experience has prepared me to be a resourceful and effective partner for people in the IRIS program. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you create a plan that will put your goals in reach. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, as well as reading, being outdoors and shopping.

Angelina Fields- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 15 years. I also was a Family Care Case Manager for about 15 years for a variety of populations and have taught children and adults with special needs gymnastics, swimming, and Catechism. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I love being active – I love going to the gym and swimming. I also teach swimming and gymnastics to children. I enjoy watching performance arts, and volunteering in my community. Spending quality time with my family is important, and we love getting on the boat to fish and enjoy the beautiful weather together.

Angie Dickens- Dane: Prior to joining TMG, I have had the privilege to serve in several different areas of self-directed services, where I advocated for full inclusion of people with disabilities. I have seventeen years of experience serving adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury. I have also done job coaching, job development, case management, and co-directed a supportive employment program. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you work towards your goals. We will partner together to make sure to focus on the things that are most important to you. In my free time, I enjoy natural spaces, gardening, learning to cook new foods, study groups, church, family time, movies, music, volunteering, and my dogs.

Angie Dover- Eau Claire: Prior to TMG I was employed by a number of great organizations and gained experience working with youth, the homeless, incarcerated individuals, and those with alcohol and other drug abuse, and mental health concerns. My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is working directly with the individuals in IRIS. I enjoy getting to know people and their families. It's a pleasure to be a part of the self-direction process and help individuals both obtain and maintain their independence. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and being active outdoors.

Anitria Hickman- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Department of Health Services for over 10 years. This has given me extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, and how to help people navigate income maintenance programs. I also enjoy the fact that this job allows for me to interact with my community more on a one-on-one basis. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. My free time is spent with family and friends, traveling, going out for dinner, watching movies or just visiting one another at our homes.

Anthony Dell Isola- Dane, Columbia: As an IRIS consultant, I forge meaningful connections to empower individuals in navigating their paths forward. Understanding your needs and fostering a strong partnership, we create tailored plans that bring clarity and facilitate positive change in your life. Guiding individuals towards independent, self-directed care is the most rewarding aspect of my role, seeing firsthand their progress and enhanced quality of life. Inspired by my grandfather's experience with consultative services, I've cultivated expertise in case management and adaptive technologies, preparing me thoroughly for this impactful position.

Ann Holfeltz- Sheboygan: To me, partnering means learning about you and your goals, then creating the path you feel comfortable with to reach them. I truly believe in self-directed care, because it's the path I would choose for myself. And, it allows for people to be more independent and strong. One thing I do very much pride myself on is the opportunity I was allowed to be the guardian for a beautiful women who is now living a fabulous life in her 60's while having Down syndrome. I truly enjoy the conversations that lead to learning together. In my free time, I enjoy time with my children and seeing the wonders of their self-discovery.

Ann Langer- Racine, Kenosha: I have experience working with children with severe emotional and development disorders, individuals on the Children's Waiver and adults with mental health disorders. I have skills in transition planning, and have knowledge of various diagnoses and treatments. I enjoy working with TMG because I have the opportunity to embrace diversity and learn about different cultural practices with the people I serve. In my free time, I enjoy flower gardening and going to the Bristol Renaissance Faire.

Anna Mariani- Waukesha: I partner closely with individuals to navigate their self-directed care journeys, focusing on both short-term needs and long-term goals using my resources and experience. My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is witnessing members take control of their daily lives through self-directed care and achieving their goals with autonomy. My background in memory care facilities and family care equipped me with essential hands-on experience, while community training in housing, jobs, and in-home care refined my skills as an IRIS Consultant. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like swimming, hunting, hiking, biking, and boating with my large family, and I also love cooking and baking during colder months.

Anne Melis- Dane: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in various Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC) retirement communities as a Life Enrichment Coordinator. I also worked as a residential case manager for adults with disabilities. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and empathetic TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and working together to reach your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, reading, and getting outside during the summer to take in all that Madison has to offer!

Aretha Kubera- Milwaukee: With extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities in Milwaukee, I've developed strong relationship-building skills, emphasizing open communication and effective conflict resolution. As an IRIS Consultant, I'm passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals, promoting independence and growth aligned with their service plans. Inspired by my experience as a parent of a disabled child who benefited from excellent IRIS services, I'm dedicated to providing the same high-quality support to others. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my grandchildren.

Arista Hollifield- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant, I worked with individuals who have a wide range of ability levels. As a special education teacher and learning strategist, I am experienced in identifying individual needs and developing creative solutions to address those needs. I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with you as your TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and partnering together to create a plan to reach your goals. In my free time, my kids keep me busy with all their activities, but it’s a fun chapter of my life!

Ashley Cummings- Manitowoc, Calumet, Brown: Before joining TMG, I served as the director at a HUD-funded low-income housing facility. Prior to that role, I worked as an IRIS Consultant and Case Manager for Day and Prevocational Services. Partnering with individuals to "clear the path ahead" involves understanding their unique stories, listening attentively, asking pertinent questions, and offering guidance to achieve their goals. My background includes extensive work with the frail elderly and individuals with disabilities, which has prepared me well for this role.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, enjoy games, reading, gardening, cooking, and savoring coffee.

Ashley Fish- Vernon, Crawford, Richland: With extensive experience supporting individuals with varied abilities, I bring dedication and empathy to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My background includes seven years at Campbell Family Homes, where I advanced from Residential Assistant to Lead 1:1 and Company Trainer, later working as a Care Coordinator. I also held roles with Aptiv, Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, and Lutheran Social Services. Familiar with Vernon, Crawford, and Richland counties, I focus on partnering with individuals by listening to their goals, offering guidance, and celebrating their progress. In my free time, I love family gatherings, cooking, kayaking, and enjoying concerts—because music truly is a universal language.

Ashley Gossens- Grant: Prior to being a TMG IRIS Consultant, I worked at a local Aging and Disability Resource Center. In this role, I completed options counseling with individuals in the community and consistently provided resources to these people to help them remain independent and living in the community. I will look into every avenue to help you find the supports and services you need to thrive. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, coaching and supporting my kids as they take part in youth sports, cheering on the Badgers, and sitting around the campfire with my friends and family.

Ashley Johnson- Brown, Shawano, Marinette, Oconto: Prior to working for TMG, I worked in Brown County with people who were aging, visually impaired, and had disabilities for eight years. This helped me understand the importance of programs like IRIS and gave me a better perspective of how self-direction creates more opportunities in individual’s lives. I enjoy working for TMG because I love seeing people make their own decisions about the care and services they receive which enables them to live an independent lifestyle. When I’m not working, I enjoy being active outside, camping, fishing and motorcycle rides. I love watching the Green Bay Packers. Spending time with my family and friends is also very important to me.

Ashley Taylor- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked with families in local community through the Association of Community Empowerment, helping families find the community resources they need. I have also worked throughout the greater Milwaukee area and surrounding county, which gave me experience working with diverse groups. I’m excited to partner with you and help you find ways to reach your goals, and get the resources and supports you need to live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy many different things, such as bible study, writing, working, and cooking, but my favorite hobby is budget shopping! 

Aubrey Anderson- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in different capacities with those who were experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental health concerns. This experience has made me very familiar with the resources available to you, including community resources, housing, employment and more. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing at home, taking care of my plants, yoga, and cooking.

Bailey Champagne- Marathon: As an IRIS consultant, I partner closely with individuals to set collaborative goals and create detailed plans to overcome barriers together. I find great joy in witnessing our clients achieve their self-directed goals and connecting them with valuable community resources for ongoing support.  My background includes extensive work with low-income families, focusing on budget management and securing essential resources. This experience has equipped me to effectively identify and utilize community resources to facilitate lasting positive changes for our clients.  I am passionate about exploring different cultures through travel, especially visiting historical sites and experiencing local cuisine. Additionally, I enjoy the creative process of crocheting, finding it both relaxing and fulfilling.

Barb McGinnis- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a case manager in the LIFE Services program at the Milwaukee Center for Independence with a special focus on community integration and providing behavioral support. I love working closely with the people I partner with, and finding creative ways to help them achieve their goals. When I’m not at work, I love being outside with a great book and a comfy hammock!

Beaonica Thompson- Milwaukee: As an IRIS Consultant, my background as a Community Case Manager has equipped me to work closely with individuals, focusing on enhancing their overall quality of life by connecting them to vital resources and supports. I bring experience from sales and marketing, fostering relationships with diverse organizations. In Milwaukee, I leverage my communication skills to partner with participants, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met effectively. Building relationships with participants is the most rewarding aspect of my role, where I strive to create meaningful connections and support their journey towards independence and well-being. Outside of work, I indulge in baking and cherish moments with my family.

Beata Ovetsky- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: Partnering with individuals as an IRIS consultant involves identifying their needs and providing informed answers to guide them towards solutions. Knowing available services ensures I can support their health and safety effectively.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is enabling people to maintain their independence and daily routines, enhancing their quality of life.  My extensive professional experience working closely with people has prepared me well for this role, where empathy and understanding are paramount. In my free time, I cherish spending quality moments with my family and exploring new places through travel.

Becky Deal- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for 13 years at Homes for Independent Living. I have experience working with a wide variety of people and settings. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping each individual get the tools they need to achieve a self-directed life. Becky Martin- Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington: Prior to joining TMG, I spent over 20 years working in the human services/social work field. This includes working as a family care manager and placement team specialist in various long-term care settings. I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with the people I support as an IRIS Consultant. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, digging in the garden, reading, cheering on the Packers, and just enjoying nature. I do enjoy animals, especially dogs. I am, unfortunately, allergic to cats.

Becky Vyskocil- Price: Prior to coming to TMG as an IRIS Consultant, I was employed as the Manager of Assisted Living with Aspirus. I spent 12 years working with people who have physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities, as well as with people who are aging. I look forward to getting to know you, finding out what is important to you and working together to create a plan that will help you live the life you choose. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the beautiful outdoors and reading a good book.

Benjamin D. Hecke- Oneida, Vilas: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for an occupational development center (ODC) as the employment services supervisor in the Northwoods. I also worked at Project SEARCH as a job developer. My past experiences handling large caseloads and specializing in community engagement makes me uniquely positioned to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you, and helping you find ways to overcome barriers and reach your goals! In my free time, I enjoy being a dad to three wonderful kids, watching sports, reading books about history, riding my motorcycle or snowmobile, and enjoying the outdoors with my family.

Billie Hellen- Ashland, Iron: I encourage self-advocacy and will provide information, tools, and resources that will allow individuals to make informed choices. I assist people to identify and clarify their goals and I partner with people by working creatively together with them to reach their goals. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to promote the right to self-determination. I have experience working with Family Care, supported employment, individuals with mental illness, issues with alcohol and other drugs, those affected by domestic violence, and Child and Family Services. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening and swimming in Lake Superior.

Blonglou Thao- Milwaukee: I have over eight years of experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and disabilities in Milwaukee County. Previously, I served as a case manager, where I partnered closely with both adults and children to support their unique needs and goals. Partnering with people, for me, means understanding their values and goals and helping them navigate challenges to reach their aspirations. The most rewarding part of my role is empowering people to self-direct their lives and maintain independence. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and being outdoors.

Brandon Yang- Milwaukee: As an IRIS consultant, I use a person-centered approach to connect individuals with services that help them achieve their goals. My favorite part of this role is the satisfaction of achieving shared objectives with participants, bringing them joy and positive impact.  My background as a first-generation Hmong-American and my education have prepared me well for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through IRIS.  In my free time, I enjoy exploring nature outdoors and learning through documentaries, reading, and engaging conversations with people to understand their perspectives.

Brendan Coffey- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a service coordinator in the children’s long-term support (CLTS) Medicaid waiver program in Milwaukee County for four years. My time with the CLTS waiver gave me a great deal of knowledge and experience working with a diverse population of youth and their families in navigating and utilizing all that the Medicaid waiver has to offer. This prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you. I am a people person, and I am excited to learn about you and your goals and figuring out together how we can help you live the life you chose. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my wife, children and dog, see live music, and attending sporting events.

Brenna Gwiazdon- Outagamie, Winnebago, Waupaca, Calumet: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Innovative Services, a non-profit organization providing services to people with disabilities, for eight years. During my time at Innovative Services, I worked as a program manager at one of the group homes, as well as a direct care staff member. I have worked with many people with various diagnoses. I have also worked as a case manager at Brown County in their long term care division. I worked with various providers, helped people with fiscal agent packages, created service plans and helped people with Medicare and Medicaid. I feel that my time at both the provider level and case manager level has given me a unique perspective and has better prepared me to be an effective partner for the IRIS participants. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outdoors with my two boys playing football, baseball and hiking. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my friends and family who are very important to me.

Brian Dimond- Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an IRIS Consultant for two years at the Centers for Independence (CFI). Before I was an IRIS Consultant, I also worked at CFI's adult day program for six years. My 15+ years of experience in the social services field has provided me with the professional and personal experiences needed to provide quality cares and services to those I serve. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Badgers, Packers, Brewers and Marquette, and going to concerts and local festivals.

Brian Polk- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to joining TMG, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology and legal studies from Marquette University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. After practicing law for several years, my passion for helping youths to achieve their goals led me to the human services field. I have over 15 years of experience working with at-risk youth and adult populations. My years of experience working in the human services field has prepared me to be an empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to sharing my resources with you as we work closely together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I coached youth sports and high school level sports for over 12 years before transitioning to becoming a certified WIAA sports official. I enjoy golf, bowling, fishing and “tinkering” with cars on the weekend.

Brianne Walters- Rock: I partner with individuals to "clear the path ahead" by guiding them in setting goals and identifying the services necessary to achieve those goals effectively. My favorite aspect of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing participants take control of their lives through self-direction. Seeing them succeed in reaching their goals brings me great satisfaction.  My background as a case manager, supplemented by continuing education focused on cognitive impairments and mental health, has equipped me well for this role.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my children, attending their sporting events and enjoying outdoor activities like gardening, hiking, and playing together.

Bristol Carson Owens- Milwaukee: Prior to working with TMG, I was an income maintenance specialist with Milwaukee Enrollment Services for a little over four year. I also have worked as a FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) case worker and as a financial specialist. This experience has helped me become a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and having new experiences!

Brittani Rott- Pierce, St. Croix: Partnering with individuals to 'clear the path ahead' involves listening attentively, empowering them to make their own decisions, and offering unwavering support throughout their journey.  My background in a managed care organization and assisted living with frail elders has provided me with valuable experience and empathy necessary for this role.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my husband, two children, and loved ones, especially attending my children's sporting events and creating memories together.

Brittany Mainwaring- Grant: I have over a decade at the Aging & Disability Resource Center, specializing in Grant and Iowa counties. I help individuals achieve their goals by navigating challenges and brainstorming solutions together.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is advocating for individuals as they self-direct their care. I bring extensive experience connecting people to resources and teaching community programs.  In my free time, my family enjoys outdoor activities and relaxing with movies at home.

Brooke Brock- Outagamie, Brown, Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a care manager for ten years. I have extensive experience working with a variety of individuals from all different target groups including adults with varying abilities, people who are aging, and young adults with disabilities. I have extensive experience with working with people with disabilities who live in their homes. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers and watching Indy Car and Formula 1 race cars.

Cameron Coleman-Whiteside- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I was a family services worker, as well as an IRIS Consultant and Functional Screen Specialist. All of this has prepared me to be a great partner to you! I look forward to sharing my knowledge of local resource with you so that you can reach your goals. In my free time, I love going bowling with family and friends, reading, listening to music, and am interested in learning how to play chess.

Cammy Bauer- Barron, Burnett, Polk, Washburn : Prior to coming to TMG, I provided services to the public for decades, which included helping individuals with eligibility for public benefits, job development, workforce readiness, and helping find employment for people on public assistance. My past experience has prepared me to be resourceful and effective partner for people in the IRIS program. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you reach your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and family, fishing, boating, camping, ATVing and riding motorcycles.

Carla Schultz- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for over eight years in a Social Security Disability/ Supplemental Security Income Advocacy program for a non-profit agency in Milwaukee. I have experience with employment services, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping individuals control their life and manage their care through self-direction. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, traveling, taking road trips and going to church.

Carol Leverance- Wood: Prior to joining TMG, I spent nine years working for the Wisconsin Long-Term Care program. There, I partnered with people who are aging and people with physical disabilities, and helped them find the resources they need to stay independent. This experience has helped me to become a very resourceful IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you find the resources you need to achieve your goals. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes, and enjoying the outdoors. 

Cassidy Marie Scaffidi- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I have had extensive experience working with people who have developmental delays and cognitive disorders. My work as a job coach, as well as working as a Family Care program case manager, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant for you. I look forward to getting to know you and partnering together so that you can live the life you choose. In my spare time, I enjoy reading science fiction and historical novels, crafting, my pet rabbit and two fish, and taking on 1000-2000 piece puzzles from time to time.

Cassidy Moss- Grant: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for non-profit organizations in both children's social services and mental health. These positions allowed me to work in the community with individuals as well as in their homes and have well-prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I hope to partner with people to support them in being their own person, as well a support the ideas they have. I will bring my expertise to help outline what they need to do to achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our son. We try to provide him with experiences that help him grow and develop.

Cathryn Scott- Richland, Crawford: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Independent Living Resources (ILR) for 9 1/2 years . I am also certified as an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). I also have extensive experience providing home safety/modification assessments. I have strong knowledge of Wisconsin's long-term care programs (Family Care and IRIS) and have basic knowledge of SSI and SSDI benefits. When I'm not working, you will find me outside, gardening or taking pictures of nature with my cat.

Cecilia Chrustic- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an Elder Benefits Specialist, a Disability Benefit Specialist, and as a Work Incentives Benefits Specialist. I have extensive knowledge to answer your questions about employment and can help you figure out what the best path to employment is for you if that’s one of your goals. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you live to your fullest potential. In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, working with paper mache, and sewing projects.

Ceila Perry- Dane: Before joining TMG, I spent over 9 years working in residential, vocational, and day center settings with adults with developmental disabilities and older adults. These roles allowed me to support individuals both in the community and in their homes, preparing me to be a caring and knowledgeable IRIS Consultant in Dane County. My previous experience as a residential and vocational case manager, along with my work in a day center, equipped me to understand participants' daily lives and the support they need.  In my free time, I enjoy attending live music events, exploring festivals in Madison, and reading on my porch. I also cherish spending time with my loved ones, including my two cats and two lizards.

Chad Kittelson- Rock: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a direct caregiver at several Adult Family Homes and as a job developer. I have extensive experience assisting adults with cognitive disabilities in their homes, communities and employment settings. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing the joy and fulfillment people feel when they accomplish their goals. My hobbies include hiking, canoeing, camping and fly-fishing for smallmouth bass.

Charla Stish- Waupaca, Outagamie: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is forming meaningful working relationships where I can actively support individuals in achieving their aspirations. Being part of their journey and witnessing their success is incredibly fulfilling.  My extensive experience as a Case Manager in Human Services for over 12 years has prepared me well for this role. Working with diverse individuals across different ages, abilities, and needs has equipped me with the skills to effectively connect people with the right services to help them reach their goals.  In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family, attending and coaching my daughter's sporting events, exploring new supper clubs, and indulging in shopping.

Charles Doucette- Rock: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Mentor Network and ResCare for a total of 25 years. I have extensive experience with helping individuals with disabilities who live in their own homes. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you find the supports and services you need to live the life you choose. In my free time, I love being in the woods, and enjoy camping, kayaking, hiking - really anything outdoors!

Charrise Jack- Milwaukee: My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the special and unique people I help and building a great relationship with them. The people in the IRIS program are caring, sincere and most of all they want to be self-sufficient. In my free time I look for community resources that might help my participants. I also like to take walks, bake and watch sports.

Chelsea Hajdu- Milwaukee: As an IRIS consultant in Milwaukee, I utilize local community resources to empower individuals in achieving independent living. My favorite part of this role is building strong, personal connections and leaving people feeling inspired and uplifted. My background includes extensive experience with individuals with disabilities, both as a research assistant at The University of Minnesota and in a group home setting. These roles have equipped me with the empathy and skills necessary for effective support. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and recording music, as well as indulging my passion for movies.

Chelsey Lindenberg- Chippewa, Dunn: My past experience working for the Department of Human Services and being a Patient Advocate has really prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. In my role at TMG, I like to learn about people's goals and plans, and work with each individual to accomplish them. I am outgoing and persistent and truly enjoy thinking outside the box. In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my family. We enjoy going to parks and riding bikes as much as we can.

Cheri Butkiewicz- Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a managed care organization for eight years. This provided me with extensive experience in assisting those in the community with services so they could stay in their homes and maintain what is important to them. I enjoy being able to meet a wide variety of new people and helping them reach their goals. I look forward to partnering closely with you and finding ways to help you get the things you need to live an independent, self-directed life. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, cats and golden retriever, as well as watching sports, reading, baking, and going up north to camp and enjoy the great outdoors.

Cheri Geraci- Waukesha, Jefferson: Prior to working with TMG, I was employed with the Milwaukee County Department on Aging in the Mental Health Unit assisting individuals with mental health issues so that they could remain in their homes and community. In my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant, I enjoy working together as a team to figure out what services or assistance you may need and implement these services so that there are not barriers in moving forward. I enjoy looking ahead with you in attaining what you want in life but also looking back to see how far you have come in reaching your goals. In my free time, I love spending time with my two boys and my husband, doing anything from bike riding, to playing baseball. 

Cheryl Solomon- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a REACH/Wraparound Care Coordinator, which gave me experience working with young adults and their families to help them discover and achieve their goals. Helping others has always been rewarding to me, and I want to learn about your life and goals, so we can create a customized plan with measurable steps. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and taking care of my plants. I also really enjoy movies, either at home or in the theatre.

Chia Vang- Brown: Prior to coming to TMG as an IRIS Consultant, I was employed at a home health agency as an office assistant, where I provided personal care services and support to various populations including youth, older adults and individuals with disabilities. My previous work experience has opened my eyes to the community around me. This, along with taking care of close family member in the past, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to helping you clear the path ahead and live the life you choose. In my free time, I love being with my son and husband.

Christina Lee- Milwaukee: As an IRIS consultant, I work closely with individuals to achieve independence by understanding their goals and challenges, and creating personalized action plans with available resources. My favorite part of this role is empowering people to make their own decisions about their care and services, enabling them to live independently.  My experience in supporting individuals on their personal journeys has prepared me well for this role, and I am passionate about continual learning and growth. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and exploring new places with my son and family, as well as pursuing self-growth through reading and documentaries.

Chris Miller: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Skilled Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Homes and did case management for a Private Care Management company. I have extensive experience working with older adults. I like working with TMG because I get to partner with individuals participating in the IRIS Program to solve problems and make life a bit easier. In my free time, I'm addicted to farmers markets and enjoy taking long walks.

Cindy Dancer-Sadowski- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with the Centre for Accessible Environments and The Royal National Institute for Deaf People in London. Therefore, I have significant experience in a wide range of disabilities, specifically deafness. I enjoy working for TMG because I am a firm believer in self-directed care because it's the path I would choose for myself. It keeps the person using services in control of the things happening around them. In my free time, I enjoy pet-sitting, walking people's dogs, cooking for others and learning new recipes and healthy ways of adapting recipes.

Cindy Terrell- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Long-Term Care Specialist at the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center. I have experience with the community resources available to older adults and individuals with disabilities. I enjoy working at TMG because I have the opportunity to empower others and help them achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, baking, and DIY decorating projects.

Claire Hansen- Milwaukee: My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is encouraging and collaborating with individuals to reach their desired outcomes.  My diverse caregiving experience post-education has given me a deep appreciation for working with diverse populations and creating inclusive environments.  In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like lakeside walks and camping, attending local concerts for new music, and pursuing sewing and DIY crafting projects.

Connie Klatt- Buffalo, Eau Claire: Prior to working with TMG, I have over ten years of experience working in the long-term care field. During my experience working in a long-term care facility and with a managed care organization, I have become very knowledgeable of Medicaid and Medicare. I also have a lot of experience working collaboratively with my county’s Economic Support, Aging and Disability Resource Center and the Great Rivers Consortium. This, along with my experience being the primary advocate for my parents when they needed care, has prepared me to be a empathetic and resourceful IRIS Consultant. Crystal Coates- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in medical billing at Milwaukee County's Behavioral Health Department and have over a decade of experience in social services. I specialize in helping individuals identify and achieve their goals for independence.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, attending Broadway shows, and traveling.

Crystal Dotts- Sauk, Juneau: I partner with individuals and their families by building relationships and understanding their goals, working collaboratively to create personalized paths forward.  My diverse experience across various roles during my degree program, from day programs to job coaching and group homes, has prepared me well for my role in the IRIS program. In my free time, I enjoy exploring Wisconsin's communities with my young child and beagle. I also indulge my love for books through audio books while traveling between visits with program participants.

Crystal Mertins- Racine: I partner with individuals by building trust and fostering open communication, empowering them to advocate for themselves and navigate their path forward.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is providing solutions that support continuous self-direction through life's changes.  My background in education and meeting diverse needs over the past decade has prepared me well for the mission of IRIS.  In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like fishing and roller-skating with my dogs, and spending quality time with my family. 

Daisy Falcon- Milwaukee, Waukesha: I partner with individuals by creating personalized action plans that align with their goals and utilize available services. My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is promoting self-directed care, which resonates with my values for personal and family autonomy.  Previous roles working with individuals with medical diagnoses and developmental delays have prepared me well for navigating and advocating for needed services.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and daughters, going for walks, and attending family gatherings.

Dakota McCure- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I was the lead case manager/instructor at a Milwaukee area day program for individuals with developmental disabilities for five years, working with folks with a variety of physical and cognitive impairments. I also was a caregiver for a gentleman with autism. This experience has allowed me to become a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and letting you lead the way as we work together to reach your goals. In my free time, I love getting outdoors and hiking and camping, as well as cooking and spending time with my cat.

Dane St.Pierre- Dane: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers for 10 years. I also worked as a special education teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools. My work has given me extensive experience, and I’m excited to share my knowledge and resources with you to help you live the life you choose. In my free time I like to lift weights, hike and enjoy the outdoors, among other things.

Danielle Vraa- Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in health care as both a social worker and a direct care provider. This experience has given me a wealth of knowledge in how to find the resources that people need. As an IRIS Consultant, I will use these resources to help you reach your long-term goals. Building a great relationship with you and establishing the right plan for your needs is important to me, and I’m dedicated to making sure you have a wonderful experience in IRIS. Outside of work, I love reading and spending time with my child. We especially love traveling to the beach or hitting up a water or amusement park.

Daqwana Newbon- Milwaukee: Before joining TMG as an IRIS Consultant, I worked as a consultant providing inclusive recreational supports for Adult Family Homes and as an Early Head Start Parent Educator specializing in special needs. I have extensive experience in Milwaukee, supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. I empower participants by listening, advocating, and staying informed about resources. I appreciate the self-directed aspect of the IRIS program, enabling participants to make their own decisions. My background in healthcare, education, and family support has prepared me well for this role. In my free time, I enjoy family time, cooking, music, movies, travel, and reading.

David White- Milwaukee: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is guiding individuals towards self-direction and independence, fostering positive support along the way.  My extensive background in Senior Care, specialized training in Alzheimer's and Dementia, Quality Assurance, and working with individuals with disabilities and at-risk youths has prepared me well for the role of an IRIS Consultant.  In my free time, I enjoy writing and producing music with my son and our band Bigfoot. I also maintain a private studio where I collaborate on music with friends, especially those with special needs or lacking social connections.

Dawn Butzin- Outagamie, Winnebago, Waupaca : Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at a day treatment facility for children and performed In-Home Counseling for families for nine years. I also worked in Income Maintenance for nearly seven years. I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I like to help others be successful and make their own path in life. I love the Wisconsin seasons and, in my free time, I enjoy doing outdoor activities.

Debbi Peterson- Milwaukee: I have spent over 20 years working in the social services field with people with a variety of disabilities, mental health issues, or physical problems. For 11 of those years, I also worked in the insurance industry and gained knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefits. I find my work rewarding because I get to work with incredible individuals participating in the IRIS Program, listen to their stories and learn from them. In my free time, I like to cook, read, go to movies, and play video games.

Deborah Wald- Barron, Burnett, Polk, Washburn: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a county social worker. I have extensive experience with discharge planning, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and helping individuals find community supports. I find my work rewarding because I get to partner with individuals to create a plan that will allow them to lead a fulfilling life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family riding ATVs, fishing and sitting around campfires.

Debra Hanson- Trempealeau, La Crosse, Monroe : Prior to working at TMG, I was a program manager and worked with a wide range of people who were aging and had various disabilities. This leadership position has prepared me to be a helpful IRIS Consultant who knows how to share helpful resources and support you while also making sure you are choosing the resources and supports you want to use. I strongly believe in helping people live self-determined lives and look forward to working with you to figure out how you and I can make that happen. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my dog. He became a certified therapy dog, and we are planning to do some volunteer work at the VA in the future.

Debra Jeelani- Racine, Kenosha: My previous employment as a Crisis Worker gave me extensive experience working with diverse populations and individuals with mental illness. I find my work rewarding because I get to empower others to achieve goals and move toward independence. In my free time, I spend a great deal of time outdoors.

Debra Schorer- Clark: Prior to joining TMG, I worked at a nursing home, where I helped people recently discharged find the services they need to remain in their homes and independent. I also worked on my local housing board, helping those in need of housing receive help. All of this has prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant who is ready to share my expertise with you. I look forward to getting to know you and finding ways to help you reach your goals. Derrick Harris- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with a Wisconsin Works (W-2) agency for five years during which I gained a lot of experience working with individuals to help identify goals and develop personalized plans to achieve those goals. I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I find it very rewarding to help and watch people reach their goals. When I am not working, you can find me enjoying some quiet time at home while watching a Sci-Fi movie or TV program. I also enjoy spending time with my 14-year-old godson, who keeps me feeling youthful.

Derrick King- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Aging and Disability Services for Milwaukee County. So, I am very familiar with the services available in our community for people with disabilities. My 15 years of experience in the human services field has prepared me to be a caring and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to create a plan that lets you work toward your goals. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, working out and spending my time with my fiancée and our children and grandchildren.

Devan Dillinger- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a case manager at My Choice Wisconsin for nine years. While there, I worked with people from all different backgrounds and with all different abilities. This, along with my time working as a direct support staff and house manager for a group home in Kansas have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and caring TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy getting to know you and partnering with you to help you live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and cats, as well as doing crafts like cross stitching and crocheting, and walking along the beach.

Diane Sandy- La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon: Prior to joining TMG, I spent over ten years working at two different Managed Care Organizations (MCO) in La Crosse. There I provided case management for adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities and aging adults. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate IRIS Consultant with a good understanding of the resources available to you. Dominque Ward- Milwaukee: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is empowering individuals to take charge of their lives and witnessing their personal growth.  My background in MPS Social Work and Account Management has equipped me with valuable skills in goal-setting, resource management, and client empowerment, essential for my role as an IRIS Consultant.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, and composing music. I also prioritize mindfulness practices and cherish moments spent with family and friends.

Donna Chang- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I pursued studies in the healthcare field, which laid a solid foundation for my current role as an IRIS Consultant. Partnering with individuals to clear the path ahead involves crafting achievable plans tailored to their specific needs and aspirations. As an IRIS Consultant, I find immense satisfaction in helping people from diverse backgrounds achieve their health and life goals. My educational background in healthcare has equipped me with the knowledge and empathy necessary to excel in this role. In my leisure time, I cherish moments outdoors with my family, and I'm passionate about discovering new destinations through travel.

Donnell Brice- Milwaukee: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is assisting individuals in achieving their desired outcomes and enhancing their quality of life. My background in special education and previous experience as an IRIS consultant has equipped me with the skills and empathy needed for this role.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, watching sports, and cherishing moments with my family and friends.

Dorothy Dyson- Milwaukee: Prior to working at TMG, I spent a few years working for Milwaukee County and the State of Wisconsin, where I was responsible for administering economic assistance programs to families in our community. Dorothy Lumpkin- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I spent 12 years working with people who have disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and mental illness. This experience has shaped me into a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant who is happy to use my sevice provider connections to help find the things you need. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you self-direct your life. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children, watching movies, and having fun with makeup.

Duy Zwiefelhofer- Waukesha: Prior to TMG I successfully managed case management services for refugees. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the social life. I like to interact with the person in IRIS and listen to their needs. I feel accomplishment when I am able to provide assistance to people. I will listen to your needs and partner with you to find resources to help you. I enjoy swimming, doing yoga, reading books, shopping and watching TV when I have free time.

Elixsandra-Denae Pettigrew- Milwaukee: Prior to TMG, I gained valuable experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and disabilities at Maximus and Children's Hospital. I’m passionate about helping people with self-direction and independence, particularly in the Milwaukee area. My approach as an IRIS Consultant is to build trust with participants, understand their goals, and create action plans to help them achieve greater independence. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, spending time with my children, and traveling the world.

Elizabeth Murillo- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I was a Qualified Intellectual Disability professional and worked for another Managed Care organization. I also recently expanded my experience working with mental health and addiction. My professional experience, as well as my personal experience, has well-prepared me in my role as an IRIS consultant. My approach is to have a conversation with participants and learn how I can help them live a self-directed life. I have three kids, so my free time is pretty limited, but I do enjoy heading out on my motorcycle, reading, and gardening.

Ellie Fisher- Pierce, St. Croix: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS Consultant is connecting with individuals on a personal level, learning about their unique stories and aspirations.  My diverse caregiving experiences, including caring for grandparents with dementia and providing social work services in nursing homes, have equipped me with the empathy and skills necessary for the role of an IRIS Consultant. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, reading, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Elvira Lamers- Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for Outagamie County, specializing in the long-term care program. I have worked in a social service setting since 2001. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you, your life goals, and partnering together to help you achieve them. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the beautiful State of Wisconsin and all it has to offer!

Emily Gibson- Chippewa, Dunn: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a skilled nursing setting as a social services director and an activity director. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you reach your goals. I am also a dementia care specialist and am particularly passionate about working alongside individuals living with dementia to help them lead full, meaningful lives. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable IRIS Consultant. In my free time, I love being outside cross-country skiing, boating, hiking and kayaking, and also baking!

Emily Graf- Dane: With over 10 years of experience in mental health, substance use, and medical case management, including roles as a case manager and supervisor at WC Health, I bring a dedicated and empowering approach to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. Familiar with Dane County, I focus on helping participants create achievable goals, build supportive plans, and connect with essential community resources. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my two dogs, and love outdoor activities, from sunny days on the water to cozy winter moments. Connecting with local community events is a favorite pastime as well.

Emily Kellner- Juneau, Sauk: Before coming to TMG, I worked as a program director in high acuity for a provider agency for four years. Previously, I was a verbal and physical de-escalation instructor, which has helped allow me to offer to support to those in crisis. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to work with people and help them gain independence. It’s very rewarding to assist people in meeting their goals or overcome a challenge, In my spare time, I go to the movies with my family, weight lifting, spending time in my community, and going to sporting events.

Emily Kruger- Barron, Chippewa: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for three years at a day center, where I supported adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Together, we worked on helping them work towards their vocational goals, daily living skills, transitioning outcomes, health, wellness and recreational needs. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and learning about your goals. In my free time, I enjoy getting outside, spending time with my friends, family and dogs, and keeping active.

Emily Voss- Dane, Columbia: I partner with individuals to identify obstacles and empower them to find solutions that align with their goals.  As an IRIS Consultant, I enjoy building relationships and helping participants achieve greater independence.  My background in education and vocational rehabilitation counseling has prepared me well for this role.  In my free time, I love outdoor activities at our cabin and supporting my children at their sporting events.

Erin Craker- Rusk: Prior to working for TMG, I have worked for a wide variety of social work agencies gaining experience and knowledge in mental health, substance abuse issues and coordination of care. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to be a partner with you and assist you in reaching your goals and dreams. I cannot think of a more fulfilling career than being a part of someone accomplishing their goals through their own self-direction. My family is the most important thing to me. Together we love to fish, hunt, walk through the woods, and camp in Northern Wisconsin.

Erin Dowling- Dane: Before joining TMG, I worked at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County for more than seven and a half years, where I coordinated respite services and youth resources programming. I also worked with community partners such as childcare centers, afterschool programs, and youth centers on the inclusion of children with disabilities within their programs. My experiences in service coordination, inclusion and advocacy, working alongside adults with disabilities, and my own personal experiences have all prepared me for my position as a TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, gardening, being in nature, going for walks, spending time with friends, and camping.

Erin Marcoe- Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet: As an IRIS Consultant, I find fulfillment in building relationships and helping individuals succeed in their aspirations, witnessing their growth and fulfillment.  With over 13 years in Human Services as a case manager and social worker, I've honed my skills in connecting individuals with the right services and supports tailored to their needs.  In my free time, I cherish moments with family, friends, and my dogs. I indulge in live music, camping, and nature, and I enjoy expressing creativity through painting and DIY projects. Traveling is also a passion I look forward to exploring more with my kids.

Erin O'Brien- Waukesha, Milwaukee: Prior to working at TMG, I worked in a variety of community and residential settings throughout Milwaukee County. During this time, I have learned of many resources that are available to individuals within their community. My goal in partnering with people is to build a long and trusting relationship through listening and collaborating with one another. I will help make sure you feel that your voice is heard and make sure you have access to all necessary resources. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, my friends and my family. I also love visiting my parents in Arizona.

Evone Harris- Milwaukee: I empower individuals to take charge of their lives by guiding them towards independence and realizing their potential. As an IRIS consultant, I cherish helping people stay in their homes comfortably while navigating their choices and opportunities.  My background in Skilled Nursing Facilities Social Services and personal care work for relatives prepared me well to understand and support the populations served by TMG.  In my free time, I enjoy reading with book clubs, traveling yearly, hitting the gym early in the morning, and spending quality time with my two growing teenagers.

Greta Hoderny- Manitowoc, Calumet: With over 15 years of diverse experience in healthcare, I bring dedication and empathy to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. Beginning as a CNA at a nursing home, I have since supported both the aging and disabled populations across various settings, including day services, employment services, and end-of-life care. My background has allowed me to build valuable relationships with local service providers in Manitowoc and Calumet counties, as well as a deep understanding of available resources. I believe in creating a safe, supportive relationship with each person, actively listening to understand their unique goals and helping them stay as independent as possible. Outside of work, I enjoy nature outings with my family, attending live country music concerts, and crocheting, a hobby I took up just eight months ago.

Gretchen Naedler- Eau Claire: Prior to coming to TMG, I spent time working in the nursing home and hospital sectors as a social worker. I also spent 11 years working in managed care in the Family Care program as a community resource coordinator, assisting those who are aging as well as people with physical and developmental disabilities. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family on our pontoon, solving puzzles, reading, or watching a good show or movie.

Hailee Zivko- Manitowoc, Calumet: Prior to coming to TMG, I was a case manager and coordinator for a variety of services, including prevocational, day services, community-based day service and a youth daily living skills program. I have a good knowledge of what is available in Manitowoc County and enjoy helping people explore all their options. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time I enjoy reading, baking and spending time with my dog and chickens.

Hannah Cooney- Portage: My previous experience has allowed me the opportunity to have a better understanding of what a day might be like for a person with a disability. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, learning about each unique individual and what their specific goals are. I assist them in becoming familiar with self-direction by providing them with the steps to take and helping them take control and learn to navigate the system. My hobbies include visiting family, cooking and gardening.

Harper Martel- Milwaukee: My versatility and dedication as a behavioral therapist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder has given me a passion for the human services field. I have significant experience administering behavior plans and assisting with life skills for individuals with an array of needs, including those dealing with mental health issues and people who may have dual diagnoses of both a disability and emotional/behavioral disorders. This experience has helped me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I take pride in working with the people I partner with and am truly excited to get to know you and help you achieve your goals. In my free time, I love going to the movies, comedy shows, live music, as well as collecting rocks and glass, cooking, taking nature photography, attending social justice protests and trying out new restaurants and trivia nights with friends.

Heather Brandt- Winnebago: Prior to joining TMG, I had 18 years of experience working with individuals with various developmental and physical disabilities. Most recently, I worked at Lakeside Packaging Plus (a non-profit organization who provides day-services, prevocational services, employment to adults with varying disabilities) as an Adult Services Supervisor for six years and then as a Case Manager for an additional 10 years. I have also worked at Homes for Independent Living (a group home) and I worked as a Special Education Teacher’s Aide for Little Chute Middle School. These experiences along with my education have prepared me to be a compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I am excited to work together with you to identify and to help you meet your individualized goals, and I truly value the relationships and connections that I get to form along the way. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, attending my son's soccer games, taking walks, playing board games, and reading books.

Heather Brede- Washington: Prior to working for TMG, I worked for Community Care in the Family Care and Partnership programs which provided me with knowledge and understanding of setting up care plans and working within a budget to make sure that individuals have the services they need in their home to be successful. I like working for TMG because I have a personal connection that makes me proud of the work TMG does. My husband and I have been residing with my father since 2011. My father was in a car accident in 2003 and broke his neck which left him with quadriplegia. With this experience I have a greater understanding of the importance for individuals to retain as much independence in their homes and the community as possible. When I'm not working, I enjoy going fishing, doing charters on Lake Michigan, going on motorcycle rides and spending time with family and friends.

Heather Lucas- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an Employment Specialist helping individuals overcome barriers in obtaining and maintaining employment. I am also a certified Community Health Worker, which provided me the education and training experience to assist individuals live more productive lives through self-advocacy and utilizing the person-centered care model. My approach to helping an individual clear the path ahead is to develop a strong partnership with the participants I am paired with by building trust, being respectful, and being honest. I take great joy in seeing a participant succeed and also share in the sense of accomplishment. In my free time, I love to create visual art using multi-media and making art out of things that would generally be thrown in a landfill. I also have a daughter who I cherish and love spending time with.

Heather Ryan- Milwaukee: Prior to working for TMG, I spent 17 years working in adult family homes, supported apartments and as a daily living skills specialist. Therefore, I have extensive experience working with people living with developmental and physical disabilities, dual diagnosis and older adults. I enjoy working for TMG because having worked for so many years with individuals living with disabilities and having a younger brother with a disability, I am very familiar with the service, supports and programs within the community and enjoy helping others navigate these resources. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, renovating my home and being outdoors connecting with nature.

Heidi Ellis- Lincoln, Langlade: I focus on understanding each person holistically, considering their family dynamics and personal circumstances to create a tailored action plan together. As an IRIS Consultant, I cherish the flexibility to adapt and support individuals in achieving their goals, witnessing their progress firsthand. My background in ethics, disabilities, and family dynamics, coupled with practical experience as a Job Developer and Certified Nursing Assistant, has equipped me to effectively assist those in need.  In my spare time, I enjoy refinishing antique furniture, tending to my vegetable garden, reading, kayaking, and spending quality time with my family and friends. 

Helen Ludwig- Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas: I enjoy learning about the things that are important to you and then helping you make those things, your goals, happen. I will help you come up with a plan that is both safe and includes the things you have told me are important to you. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy working in the flower garden. I have just recently started taking an interest in vegetable gardening as well.

Helen Stangel- Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I was a job coach for Elmbrook schools, where I took students in the individualized education program (IEP) to various job sites in the community so that they could learn valuable vocational skills to add to their resumes. I also supported five differently-abled young adults as they transitioned to independent living in their own apartments. These experiences have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and working together to help you live the life you choose. In my free time, I hike local and state parks, and look for fun new experiences in the community. I love to spend time with my daughters.

Holli Linn- Chippewa, Taylor: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Family Care and worked as the Assistant Director and Behavior Specialist for group homes. I also supervised a program in the correctional system for individuals dealing with a history of substance abuse so I have extensive experience working with adults from diverse populations. Working in Family Care has also given me experience in creating plans and identifying resources to help individuals reach their goals. I learned the value of meeting members where they are at and listening to what is important to them. This has well prepared me to be a resourceful and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I hope to partner with participants by getting to know them and finding out what their goals are. I will then assist by creating a plan that will ensure their health and safety and that best utilizes their budget. I love that the IRIS program allows for individuals to empower themselves and have the freedom to choose services and resources that are best for them. While at home, I enjoy spending time with my son, our dog and two cats. I love being outside on the lake in warm weather. I also enjoy traveling and find music to be very uplifting.

Holly Bushbeck- Eau Claire: My extensive 26-year career as a Case Manager across diverse settings—from HIV/AIDS and developmental disabilities to hospital and rehabilitation environments—has equipped me with invaluable skills in compassion, advocacy, and resource management. These experiences have prepared me to meet individuals where they are, offer comprehensive support, and celebrate their achievements.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, including outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and gardening. I also enjoy baking, scrapbooking, and traveling to explore new places throughout the seasons.

Holly Szekely- Manitowoc, Kewaunee: I have nearly 25 years of experience in the long-term care field, particularly working with children who have autism as well as working with Medicaid programs for people who are aging, have visual impairements, or who have physical disabilities. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I love listening to your story so that I can help you come up with a plan that helps you reach for your dreams. I am passionate about helping you live an independent life that fits your needs. When I’m not on the job, you can find me bonding with my family over football, whipping up tasty baked-goods, or shopping at my favorite stores.

Honia Leon- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for more than ten plus years in social services and more than five years in Wraparound, CCS Care coordination, and worked with adults and families to provide tailored services to meet their needs. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering and helping all who desire to achieve their goals and dreams.

Jackie Harvey- Milwaukee: My past experiences, particularly working with individuals who lacked autonomy in decision-making, taught me the importance of advocating for personal choice and empowerment. These experiences have prepared me to proactively support individuals in achieving their goals with empathy and understanding.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, embracing the opportunity to unwind and appreciate the simple joys of life without schedules or obligations.

Jade Meicher: Prior to my employment at TMG, I was working in a pharmacy setting, which taught me the skills to navigate insurance and billing. I also studied psychology and mental health counselling, which have given me the tools to be an empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy getting to know you, truly listening to what you want in life, and working together to find the right path (or paths!) to achieve your goals. In my free time, I enjoy crafting reading, gardening and taking care of my house plants. I also have a cat named Bean and a dog named Bo.

Jalina Wilhelmi- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Park High School in Racine, WI, as an Academy Advocate (counselor/social worker role) for four years. After that, I worked as a crisis counselor in Chicago, primarily working with Youth in Care and veterans diagnosed with PTSD. These experiences, along with being raised in a family that is very involved in our community, has helped prepare me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and meeting you where you’re at. Together, we’ll create a plan that will help you live the life you choose. In my free time, I love cooking, going to concerts, working out, spending time with my family, and volunteering at animal shelters as often as I can.

Jamar Morris- Milwaukee: As an IRIS Consultant at TMG, my prior experience in W2 administration has equipped me with a strong foundation in navigating services and supports. I believe in partnering with individuals to fully utilize available resources, ensuring they can achieve their goals and aspirations. Meeting new people and building relationships is what I enjoy most about being an IRIS Consultant, where I bring compassion and outgoing demeanor honed from my time at the YWCA. Outside of work, I find joy in playing golf and cherishing moments with my family. 

Jamie O'Dell- Adams, Juneau: Prior to joining TMG, I was a supervisor for a work program for adults with varying abilities, as well as a Resource Specialist at the Aging and Disability Resource Center. Jamila Carney- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in the healthcare field for many years, with experience ranging from working in medical records, hospital waiting rooms, to working for the state of Wisconsin to determine healthcare benefits. Jamila Washington- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Milwaukee Enrollment Services (DHS) for close to three years; therefore I have knowledge on multiple state benefits as well as experience in working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is building relationships with those in the community and providing exceptional customer service and assisting those I partner with in making the best decision that will improve their lives. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and I also love to read.

Jan Moravits- Crawford: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with the Grant County Department of Social Services for almost 25 years. I have extensive experience with Adult Protective Services, guardianships, and helping people remain in their own homes. I enjoy working with TMG because I'm able to use my knowledge and experience to help others overcome barriers and meet their goals. In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, side-by-side riding, and golfing.

Jane Schlieve- Waupaca, Outagamie, Winnebago: Prior to joining TMG, I spent 20 years working in the healthcare field, with 14 years supervising a group home for people with disabilities. This experience has helped me become a knowledgeable and seasoned TMG IRIS Consultant. As your Consultant, I look forward to getting to know you and helping you figure out ways to achieve your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially during football season!

Janel Dahm- Waukesha: Prior to working at TMG, I worked in a nursing home as a nursing assistant, a vocational rehabilitation facility as a work services coordinator, a group home as a houseparent and in-home caregiver. Therefore, I have a unique understanding of individuals with disabilities as well as older adults. I enjoy working for TMG because I enjoy partnering with our participants to ensure their health and safety needs are being met, as well as offering assistance when needed to help them live in the community as independently as possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, baking, bike riding, reading, going for long walks and playing Sudoku and other games on the computer.

Jasmine Moore- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I gained valuable experience at United Healthcare, where I worked remotely for several years. During this time, I focused on assisting elderly and disabled individuals, becoming deeply familiar with community resources and programs in Milwaukee and Waukesha. My communication skills in English have been essential in this role. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I am passionate about partnering with individuals to empower them to lead self-directed lives. I treat my participants like family, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable while striving to achieve their goals. My previous role at UHC equipped me with empathy and resourcefulness, essential qualities for my current position. Outside of work, I enjoy nurturing my garden, spending time with my husband and children, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Jason Jurado- Milwaukee: My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals set and achieve their goals for greater independence, which is incredibly rewarding.  My background as a residential case manager has equipped me with the skills to assist clients effectively in navigating their plans and achieving their desired outcomes.  In my free time, I enjoy gardening outdoors with my Labrador retrievers, camping during the summer months, and on colder days, I unwind by watching mysteries and knitting.

Jason Olinski- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with older adults for over 15 years as a caregiver and activities professional. I have experience with memory care and age-related diseases. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping others maintain their independence and individuality. In my free time, I am an avid reader and enjoy reading science fiction and World War I history.

Jason VanErt- Douglas: Prior to joining TMG, I’ve worked as a counselor ensuring personal life enrichment and as a project manager, finding employment for people with various disabilities. I’ve spent 20 years in the Human Services field, and this experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and working together to achieve your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family and dogs, and love being outdoors and catching a football game!

Jay Hinson- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in social services for 30 years, and have 10 years’ experience in a consultant role. My extensive experience has well-prepared me to partner with participants, become a member of their support team, and assist them in living their most fulfilled lives. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, concerts, sporting events and traveling.

Jazzmin Dixon- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Before joining TMG, I worked in social work in Milwaukee, specializing in housing homeless individuals with disabilities and providing essential daily support and resources. As an IRIS Consultant, I excel in listening to and understanding participants' needs, crafting tailored support plans to help them achieve their goals. Building meaningful relationships with participants is the highlight of my role, allowing me to advocate effectively within the program. My background in social work has honed my ability to navigate diverse cultural backgrounds, enriching my capacity to support individuals effectively. In my spare time, I enjoy painting, reading, traveling, and spending quality moments with my dog, Rocky.

Jean Opitz- Washington, Ozaukee: My number one goal in my personal and professional life is to help people. Being a TMG IRIS consultant allows me to fulfill that in my life. There are individuals that I have partnered with for years and have been able to watch them grow and change and assist them with any needs they have along the way. I have a 22-year-old son with Autism that is my entire world. I have worked through the school system from Early Childhood to Transition Services. In my free time, I love to hike and see the world, and have been fortunate enough to have traveled to 23 countries on 5 continents.

Jeanette Schermann- Eau Claire: Decades of volunteering, continuous education, and work experiences combine to make me a good fit with the TMG IRIS Consultant Agency. I have always known that each person has unique contributions to offer the world. I enjoy service to others, particularly when my role is a partner. I enjoy learning, the outdoors, gardening, animals, music, and hunting.

Jeanne Klemp- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to coming to TMG, I was employed by two organizations providing vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities. I also have extensive experience with obtaining community employment for adults with disabilities. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I like meeting new people, listening to them and thinking outside the box in regards to services that they may need. In my free time I like to camp and spend time with my husband and children.

Jeanne Waters- Sauk, Juneau, Adams: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is advocating for social justice, striving to ensure equal opportunities for elders and individuals with disabilities to achieve health, wealth, and success.  With over 15 years of experience serving this population, I've honed my skills in connecting individuals to vital resources like employment, housing, healthcare, and transportation.  In my free time, I enjoy performing music at local venues with my guitar player and exploring the outdoors with my two chihuahuas.

Jenna Torres- Dane: Before joining TMG, I was an elementary school teacher in a large urban district on the East Coast, where I became a strong advocate for students with disabilities. Now, as an IRIS Consultant familiar with Dane County, I work alongside participants to identify their needs and create actionable steps toward their goals. My background in education has deepened my compassion and commitment to connecting people with resources that empower them. In my free time, I enjoy reading historical fiction, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and spending quality time with my family and our dogs.

Jennifer Aldrich- Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Easter Seals SE WI and Forward Careers, Inc. for over ten years. I have extensive experience with assisting, guiding, and training people with his/her daily living needs within the home and or community. I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with you as your TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to meeting you and helping you create plans to reach your goals. Jennifer Aures- Marathon: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for several Wisconsin based agencies that specialize in providing services and supports for adults with disabilities, working with individuals in their homes, in the community, at a vocational center, and at a community based residential facility. This experience has prepared me to be a passionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you to help you feel empowered and live the life you choose. When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active and getting outdoors – camping, biking, hiking and gardening are some of my favorite activities!

Jennifer Dal Santo- Milwaukee, Waukesha: In my role as an IRIS consultant, I aim to empower individuals by providing the information and support they need to achieve success and fulfillment in their lives.  My favorite aspect of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals progress and thrive, reaching their full potential with each step forward.  Years of experience working closely with individuals facing physical disabilities have equipped me with valuable insights and resources that I bring to my role as an IRIS Consultant.  During my free time, I find joy in gardening and cheering for the Milwaukee Brewers, activities that bring relaxation and enjoyment to my days. 

Jennifer Fyksen- Washington, Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I spent ten years a special education teacher. I have also worked for the Wisconsin Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program, where I coordinated services for youth. I love helping people, and my specialty has always been and continues to be learning how to help people with disabilities. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I stay busy taking my two little boys to Cub Scouts and Taekwondo, and I enjoy cooking, entertaining and volunteering. I also enjoy watching my sister play basketball for the Special Olympics and volunteering.

Jennifer Hielsberg- Winnebago: Prior to working for TMG, I worked with uninsured and underinsured patients, helping them apply for medical assistance to cover medical bills. This experience has prepared me to be a resourceful TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy working with people in the community, and look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. When I’m not at work, my husband and I are busy with our two girls and their sports activities.

Jennifer Nardone-Johnson- Milwaukee: I enjoy meeting various people and learning about their life experiences as a TMG IRIS Consultant. Each person has something new to teach me and I like that my position allows me to learn new things daily. In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family. We like to be outdoors, experiencing nature and going camping.

Jennifer Resch- Waupaca, Shawano, Oneida: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a Wisconsin Independent Living Center as an IRIS Consultant for nearly three years. I have also served as member on a local County Community on Transition to ensure youth with disabilities have the tools they needed to be prepared for adulthood. I was also on a Project SEARCH Steering Committee, which focused on supporting both youth and adults to obtain employment. All of these things have prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you work towards your goals and live the life you choose. In my free time, I love being with my husband and our golden retriever, being outside, and visiting my family in Bayfield County.

Jennifer Roberts- Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an registered nurse care manager in the Family Care program for ten years. This experience, along with my work in a skilled nursing facility and as an in-home caregiver, has helped me become a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I sincerely enjoy getting to know people and building trusting relationships, and am excited to partner with you on your journey. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, watching my children’s sports and activities, traveling and going on walks with our dog.

Jennifer Siderits- Waukesha, Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 20 years helping people find great jobs – four years of which I helped people with disabilities find work in their chosen fields. I also spent a year at Family Care helping members of the program get the resources they need. I’m excited to be an IRIS Consultant because I love helping people find ways to live independent, self-directed lives! When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my twins, traveling, swimming, visiting the park, and laughing! When I have extra time I enjoy reading and music.

Jennifer Tidwell- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Certified Nurse Aid, case manager and supervisor. Through working in nursing homes, adult day services, assisted living facilities and the Milwaukee Mental Health Division, I have gained experience providing individuals with resources to improve their lives. I find my work rewarding because I get to help individuals make the most out of life. In my free time, I take care of my four children and participate in community events.

Jennifer Triplett- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a case manager with My Choice Wisconsin Family Care, as well as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2006 in the healthcare field. I look forward to getting to know you and partnering together to help you live the life you choose. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, hiking and the outdoors with my family, friends and three spoiled dogs.

Jennifer Van Schyndel- Calumet, Fond du Lac: Prior to working at TMG, I worked for Lutheran Social Services in the Fox Valley, providing resources and advice to older adults and their families. I was also the Benefit Specialist for Outagamie County, providing advocacy and assistance in areas of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, and Consumer Protection. One of my favorite things about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with people participating in the IRIS Program to get involved in the community. In my free time, I like to go to farmer's markets and garden.

Jessica Du Bois- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to working for TMG, I worked in a day program for adults with disabilities, where I had the opportunity to work with both adults and seniors ranging from 18-60+. During this time, I gained extensive knowledge on how to best support individuals in being active in their community and identifying their personal goals regarding independence. I enjoy working for TMG because of the importance of helping people identify or set up the supports that will help them in functional ways and per their own preferences. I also enjoy providing education about IRIS to ensure that participants have the knowledge they need to self-direct, which in turn helps ensure their services continue to meet their needs every step of the way. In my free time, I enjoy participating in the Milwaukee community events such as the outdoor music series and ethnic festivals. I also enjoy hiking, spending time in the Northwoods, and traveling. 

Jessica Klemmer- Oneida, Vilas: As an IRIS consultant, I empower individuals to maintain independence and achieve their goals through personalized support and advocacy. I ensure their long-term care needs are met, fostering growth and progress toward a fulfilling life.  My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is witnessing the personal growth and achievement of the individuals I partner with.  My extensive experience working with seniors and people with disabilities has uniquely prepared me to serve as an effective IRIS consultant.  In my free time, I cherish moments outdoors with my fiancé and three boys, exploring nature's beauty. I also enjoy cozying up on the couch for a good movie.

Jessica Freeman- Pierce, St. Croix: My ten years of work as a caregiver, supervisor and trainer in an Adult Family Home has given me valuable experience serving adults with development disabilities, physical disabilities, and older adults. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting new people and supporting them as they achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to entertain friends and family, cook, bake, and spend time outdoors.

Jessica Wager- Barron, Sawyer, Washburn: Prior to coming to TMG, I practiced social work and provided case management, case coordination and teaming services for various populations including older adults, people with mental and physical disabilities, children, individuals with mental illnesses, and adults and children who are homeless. I enjoy working at TMG because I enjoy advocating for others and helping them to live independently. In my free time, I like to visit the lake with my husband and children.

Jessica Tuhro- Ozaukee, Washington: Before TMG, I supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional for a non-profit organization.  As an IRIS Consultant, I collaborate with participants to understand their needs and goals, explore support options, develop plans, and empower them to achieve independence.  My direct support experience, especially in an Adult Family Home, taught me the importance of personalized care and fostering independence.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family and cherishing moments with loved ones.

Jessica Whitney- Dane: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Home Health and as a Residential Director for people with disabilities. My extensive health services knowledge and experience working with individuals with intense behavior accommodation, have allowed me to learn about an array of services that Dane county offers. This knowledge and experience has well-prepared me to be a resourceful and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I hope to partner with people by working together to achieve a common goal. I will provide information and resources so that participants can make the best-informed decision, without having to navigate through everything on their own. I love to help people live their best possible lives by showing them all of the resources they can use. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my children (fur and human), gardening, painting, crafting, and spending time outdoors.

Jirea Henderson- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the state of Wisconsin for a food share employment training program helping people achieve their goals and gain employment. In my role at TMG I partner with people by listening to what their goals are and why they want to achieve those goals. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to see the progression of goals. In my free time I like to volunteer, go shopping and spend time with family.

Joanna Mendoza- Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for five years with Homes for Independent Living as a group home manager. Therefore, I have experience working one-on-one with individuals and helping them attain their goals. I enjoy working for TMG because I find joy in listening to their stories and helping them design a plan that fits their wants and goals. While I'm not working, I love painting and spending time with my family and my two dogs.

Jodi Hansen- Dane: Prior to working at TMG, I spent the past 24 years working with Dane County, where I partnered with adults with intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, high medical needs and mental illness. This work allowed individuals to self-direct their supports, which makes my transition to IRIS a smooth one. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I look forward to getting to know you and learn about your goals so that we can best partner to achieve your dreams! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, two boys and our two dogs, as well as getting outdoors, watching football, camping and reading.

Johanna Perry- Dane: I have worked in this field for over 25 years, and have done everything from personal cares to helping someone sell their art. My experiences have given me great insight on partnering with people with developmental disabilities. It is amazing to help people create goals to live more independently, and then seeing that person achieve those goals. When I’m not at work, I love being outside and gardening. My two Labrador retrievers love being out in the yard while I garden as well.

John Fitzgerald- Milwaukee: Prior to working at TMG, I worked with people of all ages as an aide, counselor, supervisor and teacher in various settings, including group homes, residential treatment facilities, psychiatric hospitals and supported employment. I also worked as a community educator/organizer in Milwaukee for ten years. I find my work rewarding because I get to provide the people I partner with in the IRIS Program with the support they need to make informed choices. My interests include small house projects, ice hockey, and reading.

Jon Rohr- Jefferson, Dodge: Prior to coming to TMG I worked for a service provider in Green Bay for seven years. During that time I managed a supported apartment program and adult family homes. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is most definitely the people I work with. Helping a person's day-to-day life be a little better and a little fuller is why I am a consultant. I believe in empowering the individual to take the lead on their IRIS path. In my free time I enjoy working on computers, playing catch with my dog and spending time with family.

Jonathan Reinke- Waukesha, Milwaukee: As an IRIS consultant, I help individuals by understanding their preferences, identifying resources, and supporting them in achieving their goals through the IRIS program.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is guiding individuals to success in accomplishing their goals.  My background as a social worker for nearly seven years taught me to navigate complex programs and clarify guidelines to ensure the best care for individuals.  In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading graphic novels, and watching movies with my family.

Joni Olson- Chippewa, Dunn: Prior to working at TMG, I taught special education. I have also worked as the activity director at a long-term care facility and as a music therapist in private practice. These experiences have prepared me to be an empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you come up with a plan to reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy reading, genealogy research, camping with friends and family and spending time outdoors with my goats and chickens.

Joy Biever- Barron: Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a health care provider for over 20 years. I have experience providing care for people in home care, hospitals, nursing homes, and a cancer center. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others pass through obstacles to achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to spend time on the lake with my family and friends.

Joyce Pierson- Crawford, Vernon: Prior to TMG, my experience as a Home and Community Based Services Case Manager prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. I helped individuals maintain their independence and locate services and supports. I enjoy being a part of a process and system that helps individuals be in control of their own lives and resources. My hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time with family.

Julie Fowler- Trempealeau, Jackson, La Crosse: Before becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant, I worked for a local home care agency, which provided me with the experience of meeting with people in their homes to discuss their needs. I have taken care of the elderly, adults and children with disabilities and worked with spouses, parents and partners to ensure care needs are being met. As an IRIS Consultant, I enjoy meeting with people where they live and work and partnering to create a plan that provides resources and steps to achieving life goals. I have two young boys and a border collie blue heeler at home that keep me busy.

Julie Rasmussen- Rock: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at the ADRC of Rock County, where I helped people enrolled in Family Care and IRIS. Prior to that, I specialized in school and grief counseling. As a School Counselor, I worked with individuals whose learning was affected by conditions, such as addictions, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, social disabilities and behavioral disabilities. As a Hospice Grief Counselor, I worked with individuals and their family members whose lives were affected by disabilities near the end of life. These specialties provided experience adapting to situations which were difficult, but not impossible. Outside of work, I enjoy playing spider solitaire, cleaning up the yard using my chainsaw and other tools, climbing trees, playing board and card games, visiting family, taking walks, riding my bike, helping others with their projects, and keeping myself busy doing projects such as woodworking, sewing and landscaping.

Julie Schienle- Pierce, St. Croix: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for 15 years as a Director for an agency supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and the older adults in residential settings. My experience also includes supporting individuals with long-term care needs requiring behavioral intervention and intensive medical support. I enjoy working at TMG because I like working with individuals to come up with creative solutions. In my free time, I love to be creative, paint, create collages and make jewelry.

Julie Weber- Lincoln, Langlade: Prior to working for TMG, I worked as an assisted living administrator, which gave me extensive experience in partnering with people with developmental disabilities. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I am a firm believer in keeping the person at the center of their decision-making. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I thoroughly enjoy empowering people to reach their goals and celebrating with them when they achieve them. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my flower and vegetable gardens, taking walks in the woods, traveling, camping and reading romance mystery novels.

Junay Alexander- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with youth and family members with many different mental health diagnosis and concerns. This experience has prepared me to work with new participants with many different backgrounds to help accomplish their goals and live a self-directed life. I partner with people by showing genuine care and also have a clear vision and learn to adapt. In my free time I like to watch television, workout at the gym, spend time with my son, take walks, and journal.

Justine James- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to working for TMG, I had experience working as a caregiver as well as a coordinator. As a caregiver, I built strong relationships and paid close attention to very medically dependent participants, documenting extensively on their status and condition. As a coordinator, I worked hard to build and maintain relationships and worked with a care team to help create and implement person-centered goals. I like working for TMG because it focuses on the individual creating and maintaining a plan for their life and carrying it out as independently as possible. In my free time, I like to cook, shop and dine out with friends, spend quality time with my daughter and travel to and explore new places.

Kaitlyn Hamann- La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon: Prior to TMG, I worked for Care Wisconsin as a Care Manager in Family Care. This provided me extensive experience in supporting people with varying ages, abilities, and needs. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you as your IC. Together, we’ll form a partnership to help you overcome obstacles and create a plan so that you can live the life you choose. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, reading fantasy novels, playing video games, and spending time with my family and pets.

Kamilla Karlova- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: I partner with individuals by listening attentively and adapting to their needs, guiding them towards their goals.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is the chance to genuinely assist people and make a positive impact in their lives.  With 20 years in healthcare, including roles as a patient navigator and senior interpreter, I've developed strong communication skills across diverse backgrounds, which prepared me for this role.  In my free time, I enjoy quality moments with my family, whether walking our dog, reading together, or sharing laughter.

Kao Lo- Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I was a care manager, and have also worked as a medical interpreter. I also speak English, Hmong, and Laotian, and am a Hmong American who is very involved in my community. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant who understands the different cultural needs that people enrolled in the TMG IRIS Consultant Agency may have. I look forward to partnering with you to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy being a Dad and Grandpa to my family, and we enjoy spending time together. I also am very involved in my church.

Kari Kaufmann- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a job coach, case manager and residential counselor. I have also been a respite care provider for individuals with disabilities in my home as well as their homes and have extensive experience working with people who have different abilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the individuals and listening to their stories. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog, gardening and volunteering in the community.

Kari Pelletier- Winnebago: Prior to joining TMG, I spent many years working with adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as adults with an Alzheimer’s/Dementia diagnosis, and have worked in service coordination and care management since graduating college. This has given me a wealth of experience, and I’m happy to share this with you as your TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to meeting you and partnering together so that you can take charge of your decisions and services in your life. When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside, attending sporting events and spending time with my family.

Katelyn Senn- Douglas: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for many years with adults with developmental disabilities, as well as with adults with mental health diagnosis and people with drug or alcohol addictions. This work has prepared me to be a compassionate and resourceful TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy partnering with people and helping them find the resources and tools they need to live the life they choose. In my free time, I enjoy being with my dogs and going camping, hiking and kayaking. I also love crafting.

Kathryn Davis- La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon: Before TMG, I worked as a Care Manager for a Wisconsin Managed Care Organization (MCO) and have experience working with older adults, people with physical and developmental disabilities, and adults with chronic mental illnesses. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and working together to help you reach your goals. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time snuggling with my cat, doing crafts, hiking, camping and traveling to see my family.

Katie Bell- Chippewa, Dunn: Prior to becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant, I worked for four years at a long-term care assisted/independent living facility, where I worked in the activity department as the director. This work, along with my education in human development and family studies, prepared me to be an empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I’m passionate about partnering with people, particularly those who are aging, and I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you live the life you choose. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my husband, our baby boy, our dog, cat and chicken on our hobby farm, as well as getting outdoors, spending time on Lake Wissota, cooking, baking watching the Packers, gardening and traveling around Wisconsin. 

Katina Davis-Allen- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I spent three years working as a health coach, where I partnered with people across all age groups who were experiencing homelessness. I have a big heart for helping people, and I’d love partnering with you to help clear the path ahead to achieving your goals. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and skills I’ve acquired over the years as a professional. Outside of work I love spending time with my family at church, going out to dinner and watching movies.

Kawanda Vann- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in the human services field for over seven years with people receiving food share benefits, children with special needs, and aging adults. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and empathetic TMG IRIS Consultant. I’m excited to learn about you and your goals. Kay Horvatin- Jefferson: Hello, my name is Kay Horvatin and I have been with TMG since 2018, and love what I do! Prior to TMG, I had 11 years of case management empierce working with people with varying disabilities and older adults.

Kayla Tembreull- Dane: With seven years of experience in disability services, I bring a compassionate and resourceful approach to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My background includes work as a residential case manager, direct support professional, and advocate at an adult day center and a shelter for abuse victims. Familiar with services in Dane County, I focus on getting to know each participant’s unique goals and creating action plans to support their independence. Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, reading, and spending time with my fiancée and our two cats.

Keisha Owten- Milwaukee: Prior to TMG, I spent the last five years working as a case manager with adults with physical disabilities, as well as with people dealing with mental health and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) issues. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, read books, watch tv, and craft.

Kejuan Stewart- Milwaukee: Before TMG, I worked in Milwaukee Public Schools with students with learning disabilities and in direct care for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities in Milwaukee and Waukesha. Fluent in English, I find satisfaction in empowering individuals to recognize their strengths and make their own decisions.  As an IRIS Consultant, I derive joy from helping individuals achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams.  Caring for a family member with a developmental disability has uniquely prepared me for this role, enhancing my understanding of daily challenges and community resources.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and pets.

Kelly Heck- Kenosha, Racine: I have over 16 years of experience at the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Kenosha County, where I worked as a Long-Term Care Functional Screener and a Job Coach/Developer. In these roles, I helped individuals with disabilities access resources, find employment, and live more independently. Now, as an IRIS Consultant, my focus is on empowering people to make choices that help them achieve their personal goals. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, binge-watching TV, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets.

Kelly Wusler- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Before working at TMG, I gained extensive experience working with people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Also, I have received training in, and have experience in, vocational rehabilitation. I believe in the importance of empowering people to live the lives they want and giving them choices wherever possible. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I enjoy meeting and getting to know so many different people of different backgrounds and walks of life. Outside of work, I spend time reading, spending time with friends and family, volunteering. I am active in my church and choir.

Kelly Zombe- Walworth: Prior to working for TMG, I worked for six years at a Residential Treatment Center for children and adults with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, and mental health issues. During this time I gained extensive knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. I find my work rewarding because I get to help individuals obtain the services they need to maintain their health and safety and improve their quality of life. In my free time, I enjoy doing home improvement projects, gardening, and hiking.

Kendra Corning- Columbia: Prior to working at TMG, I worked for Care Wisconsin Partnership for over 4 years. I have experience in case management and coordination of care for diverse populations and those with complex medical needs. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you find ways to reach your goals. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband, two children, border collie and Quaker parrot, and we take mini-vacations together as often as possible.

Kenya Gaines-Brown- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to working as a TMG IRIS Consultant, I worked as a mental health care coordinator and coach working with youth and adults with mental, behavioral and cognitive delays and/or disabilities. This experience, as well as being the primary caretaker of my terminally ill father, has helped prepare me to be a compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. You are in charge, and I am here to help you get to where you want to go in life. I look forward to getting to know you and beginning our partnership. In my free time I enjoy, reading, meditating, doing yoga, painting and creating jewelry and accessories.

Kerry Long-Rickman- Sheboygan: As an IRIS consultant, my favorite part is building meaningful relationships with you and supporting your journey towards happiness and success. I believe strongly in your autonomy and am here to provide resources and encouragement.  My 30+ years of experience working with children, families, and as a caregiver have equipped me with effective communication and empathy. These skills enable me to support individuals in achieving their dreams and maintaining independence.  In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like backpacking, hiking, and kayaking, as well as gardening and volunteering in conservation efforts. I'm also a passionate football fan, supporting both the Kansas City Chiefs and the Green Bay Packers.

Kim Nowak- Waukesha, Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I spent four years assisting adults with long-term care needs. This included assisting people who have cognitive disabilities, mental health issues, substance abuse issues and the elderly. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I look forward to partnering with you to create a plan that meets your needs and helps you achieve the goals that you want to achieve. When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active in my faith community as well as coaching and volunteering with the Special Olympics.

Kimberly Rampier- Bayfield, Douglas: Prior coming to TMG, I worked as a social worker for Child Protection Services and have also been a victim specialist social worker. I have 5 years of experience working with individuals in the community. I have also been very volunteer-oriented since I was a child, and even joined Americorps. I am excited to share my experience with you so that we can work together to help you live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my friends, and spending time in the great outdoors.

Kjersti Culver- Polk, Sawyer, Washburn: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is empowering individuals to access the resources necessary for their success and well-being.  My decade-long experience working with older adults and disabled individuals in family care has equipped me with the knowledge and empathy needed to support IRIS participants effectively.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, exploring new places through travel, unwinding in nature through camping, and enjoying live music at concerts.

Kory Small- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked assisting people find and prepare for employment. I also worked at a long-term care facility teaching independency and daily life skills. My professional experience has well-prepared me to be an empowering and supportive IRIS consultant. I take joy in helping my partners live life to their fullest and lead self-determined lives. In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my children and pets. I like to laugh and have a good time and always up for adventures!

Kristi Valdez- Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Winnebago County. I have extensive experience in the Human Services field and and bring a wealth of knowledge in working with different programs and populations. I have worked in both Economic Support and Behavioral Health. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing people feel accomplished and independent. In my free time I like to spend time with family, attend my daughter’s sporting events and work on different types of crafts.

Kristie Rose- Rock, Walworth: Prior to coming to TMG, I managed group homes and therefore have experience working with people who have brain injuries, mental illness, and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG because I get great joy from helping the people I partner with in the IRIS Program meet their goals each day. In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my small farm.

Kristin Deatherage-Veleke- Manitowoc, Calumet, Kewaunee: I have had the experience of working with individuals from birth through adulthood. During this experience, I have helped and supported individuals and families as they were first learning about their child's different abilities as well as working with individuals as their abilities transformed. In my role at TMG, I enjoy being able to work alongside the people in IRIS and their families as an equal partner and helping them achieve their goals. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family going to soccer, basketball hockey, and baseball games.

Kristy Blochwitz- Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the Oshkosh area school district for several years and have also provided in home therapy with children with autism. My last position prior to coming to TMG was as a rehab director in a nursing home/short term rehab facility. This experience, as well as working alongside my own family members when my dad suffered a sever stoke, has given me the ability to understand what it’s like to be a family member dealing with long-term care as well as a support who can help you find the resources you and your family need to find solutions. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and my pets, as well as getting outside, walking, riding bikes, canoeing and fishing.

Krystal Krug- Outagamie, Waupaca, Calumet, Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a care manager in a managed care organization for eight years. I worked with adults with varying abilities and mental health concerns, as well as aging seniors. I am passionate about empowering others to be as independent as possible and partnering with people to help them achieve their goals. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I get to work alongside people and watch them grow and succeed. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our friends, watching my children participate in sports and theater, drinking a good cup of coffee, snuggling up with my pug, and getting outside on my patio.

Kyle Bowman- Rock: With a background in caregiving, military service, and the insurance industry, I bring both practical experience and compassion to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. For the past several years, I served as a Personal Hired Caregiver for my mother and another client, gaining firsthand insight into the needs and complexities of self-directed care. Familiar with Rock County, I believe in building open dialogues with participants and their families to understand their unique goals. Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband and father of four, an avid Buffalo Bills fan, and enjoy spending summers camping, kayaking, and swimming on our family land in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Lae Loe- Milwaukee: As an IRIS Consultant at TMG, my background includes extensive experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through roles as a case manager and art facilitator in Milwaukee. I specialize in creating inclusive, creative environments where people can explore their potential. Fluent in Burmese and Karen, I bring cultural understanding and effective communication skills to my work, ensuring participants have access to the services they need. My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals gain confidence and independence as they achieve their personal goals. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with soccer, volleyball, and spending quality time with my children outdoors.

La Kisha Hill- Milwaukee: Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the state in the Department of Health Services, therefore I have knowledge working with those living with disabilities. I enjoy working for TMG because my passion is helping others and this profession allows me to listen and aid in coming up with the best solutions to clear the path ahead. When I'm not working, I enjoy doing crafts, home interior decorating, shopping and reading.

Lakita Maxey- Milwaukee, Waukesha: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is arranging services that enable participants to maintain their independence and stay in their homes comfortably.  Years of experience in various case management roles across Milwaukee County have equipped me with the skills and insights needed to excel as an IRIS Consultant. In my free time, I indulge in shopping and exploring new destinations through travel, enriching my experiences beyond work.

Lana Green- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I’ve worked as a caregiver for a young person with special needs, as well as a special education assistant and as a service coordinator for the Children’s Long-Term Services Waiver. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you, and learning about your needs, interests and goals. The people I partner with are my favorite part of my job! In my free time, I enjoy taking photographs all around Wisconsin.

Lance Reed- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for several social services organizations, which has given me the experience needed to help the people I partner with. I enjoy working with people and make it a point to build trust with one another so that we can best work towards your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Lanora Jones- Milwaukee: With a strong foundation in social services, case management, and workforce development, I bring both experience and compassion to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My background includes work as an Income Maintenance Specialist with the Department of Health and Human Services, a Case Manager and Workshop Facilitator at MCFI, and a Trainer for the Maximus FSET program. Familiar with Milwaukee County, I am dedicated to meeting participants where they are, offering support, resources, and empowerment to help them achieve self-directed goals. In my free time, I enjoy family gatherings, gardening, listening to music, and exploring new places through travel.

Laquana DeVan- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for Wraparound Milwaukee as a Care Coordinator advocating for families in the Milwaukee Area. There I helped connect individuals and families to organizations and resources to help them live healthy, independent lives. I look forward to sharing my passion and years of experience with you as we partner together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring different countries and cultures, as well as spending time with friends.

LaSheena Street- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I spent nearly 7 years working with the homeless population. This has given me a strong knowledge of the variety of housing options available, be it subsidized housing, supportive housing, transitional housing, independent housing, etc. My professional experience, as well as my personal experience growing up with a parent who was visually impaired, has prepared me to be a empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I take joy in helping people achieve their goals. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, being out in nature and reading fiction books.

LaTasha Howze- Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha: Partnering with clients involves understanding their history and aspirations, creating an action plan tailored to their comfort and pace, and identifying essential services to maximize their IRIS budget for achieving goals.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is witnessing clients take control of their care and achieve their aspirations, discovering their potential along the way.  Previous roles in Community Support Program, Family Care, Children's Long Term Support, and Wraparound have equipped me with the expertise to effectively guide clients through the IRIS program.  In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, parenting, and indulging in some retail therapy.

Latosha Tate- Milwaukee, Waukesha: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is the opportunity to meet new people and build meaningful relationships while supporting them in achieving their goals.  Years of experience in case management across various agencies have equipped me with the skills and empathy needed to effectively navigate the complexities of the IRIS program.  In my free time, I indulge in my hobbies of makeup artistry and reading, and cherish moments spent with my children.

Latrice Tiller- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked for almost twenty year in the education field. There I held many different roles and partnered with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with you as we work together. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the people I partner with and helping them reach the goals that they set out for themselves. In my free time, I love being with my family, and creating memories with them!

Latricia Cummings- Milwaukee: With a background as a Health and Family Advocate, I bring a compassionate and strength-based approach to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My experience includes working with children and families in Early Head Start and Head Start programs, where I spent several years empowering families to achieve their goals. Familiar with Milwaukee County, I focus on building rapport with participants, learning their stories, and providing resources to support their personal journeys. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching action movies, and volunteering in my church’s Children's Ministry and the broader community.

Laura Goetz- Portage: Prior to TMG I have worked in both the Waiver and Family Care programs. I am a certified social worker and a trained mediator. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the ability to partner with people in the IRIS program to build a strong plan that allows them to achieve things they thought were not possible. In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking and am also interested in genealogy.

This experience, along with my education and personal background, have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. Laura Macdonald- Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for over seven years under the Illinois Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver Program. I also have almost four years of experience working at a managed care organization, where I connected individuals enrolled in the Medicaid program to health and community resources. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledge TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you, and helping you build connections and find resources in your community that can help you reach your goals and live an independent life. In my free time I enjoy collecting sea glass, being out in nature, exploring new towns, going to drive-in theaters, playing bingo and coming up with crafts I would like to do but realistically will never get around to doing.

Laura Smith- WalworthWith years of experience supporting diverse populations, including the aging, individuals with disabilities, and those facing mental illness, I leverage my Psychology degree and background as a care manager to guide clients in Rock and Walworth Counties toward their goals. I value building trusting relationships to help individuals develop strategies and access resources for a fulfilling life. The IRIS philosophy of fostering confidence resonates with me deeply, and my past roles and personal life on a hobby farm further enrich my approach.

Laura Stevens- Dane: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in case management for four years. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia, and have worked with children and adults with autism. My previous experience in case management, advocacy, education and working with people from diverse groups has helped me to connect with the people I partner with. It has also made me knowledgeable in community resources. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoorsy, playing volleyball with my daughter, spending time with my dogs, or visiting state parks.

Lauren Ganz- Dane: I have over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare/human services field. This includes working both in the residential and vocational sectors. My professional and personal experiences have given me a unique perspective on how to best support long-term independence and self-sufficiency both on the job and in the home. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you to reach your goals. When we partner together, you’re in charge and I’m at your side to help you live the life you want to live! In my free time, I enjoy crafting as well as traveling around Wisconsin with my husband and children.

Laurie Hansen- Sauk: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a shelter for women and children who have been abused/battered. I also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 14 years and a case manager in a homeless shelter. I have experience with employment services, counseling, alcohol and drug abuse, community resources and long-term care. I enjoy working at TMG because I like providing resources, guidance and encouragement. In my free time, I enjoy growing, canning and cooking vegetables from my garden.  

Lexus Trickel- Green: Partnering with individuals means prioritizing their desires and recognizing their expertise in their own lives. By creating achievable plans and leveraging available resources, I help participants reach their goals effectively.  My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is empowering individuals through self-directed care, allowing them to shape their own journey towards independence and fulfillment.  My life experiences have taught me the value of active listening, which is crucial in understanding and supporting participants effectively as an IRIS Consultant.  In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors with my dog and partner. I also find relaxation and creativity in painting and coloring, and I indulge in occasional travels whenever possible.

Lia Vang- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a nonprofit for nine years that worked to provide various social services. My unique experience of being an educator and working with a large nonprofit in Milwaukee has equipped me to understand how to empower people through knowledge and connecting people to resources. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, watching movies, reading, and cheering on the Packers.

Lin Ye- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a Senior Services agency for four years as a Geriatric Support Services Coordinator. This experience, along with growing up in a family that valued open and trusting communications, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant who’s ready to really get to know you. Together, we’ll find what resources best fit your needs, and will come up with a plan that helps you reach your goals. In my free time, I love working out or doing Zumba – it makes me happy!

Linda Ragland- Milwaukee: Before working for TMG, I worked as a case manager working with families in foster care. This gave me extensive experience with helping people utilize community services to provide a better quality of life. I enjoy working for TMG because it allows me to pursue my passion of helping others find resources and supports to live a better life. In my free time, I like watching movies, reading and enjoying family gatherings.

Lindsey Dobyns- Dane: Prior to becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant, I worked with in-home care and supported people with various disabilities to help them live their best life. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I partner with people to clear the path ahead by understanding that everyone has a past, but using that past to continue self-growth and self-discovery. In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks with my two dogs, running for fun and volunteering at a local pet rescue. I’m also a huge fan of movies, especially Disney!

Lindsey Ides- Barron: Prior to coming to TMG, I supervised a community supported living program that helped with people who are aging adults and individuals with disabilities. These past experiences has helped me understand how important it is for people to be in their own homes. I have learned it is essential to get to know people and listen to what they have to say, so that I can help empower them to make choices and decisions about their needs and how they want to live. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you find the resources you need to live the life you choose. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, doing arts and crafts and baking with my daughter, exploring the great outdoors, and diving into a good book or watching movies with my family.

Lisa Handley- Waukesha: Before coming to TMG, I worked as a social worker in a hospital and nursing home and as a program manager for Lutheran Social Services. These positions allowed me to gain a lot of experience working with individuals with disabilities. I like working at TMG because I enjoy interacting with a variety of people to help them better their lives. In my free time, I enjoy attending ballroom dance classes, my church's events, going for motorcycle rides and taking walks on nature trails.

Lisa Johnson: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the human services field for 18 years. I have extensive experience helping individuals obtain goals, overcome barriers, and move forward towards self-sufficiency. I like working at TMG because I enjoy providing individuals with guidance and encouragement. In my free time, I like doing activities and taking trips with my children.

Lisa Walters- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked professionally with seniors, and adults and children with disabilities. I have worked side by side with seniors who wanted nothing more than to remain safe in their own home for as long as possible. I also was my grandmother’s caregiver until she passed at 106 years old. This experience has inspired my passion and knowledge for being a TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy getting to know you, and am honored that I get to partner with you and help you live the live you choose. In my free time, my husband and I love being outdoors – we even got married on a cliff in Yosemite National Park! We also have two charming and funny Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who often accompany us on these adventures.

Lisa Zochert- Washington: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is enlightening families about the array of supportive programs available in our communities, ensuring their needs are met and empowering them to achieve their visions of success.  My extensive personal and professional experiences, including raising a child with developmental delays and teaching Special Education, have uniquely prepared me for this role. My background in Transition Planning further enriches my ability to guide others toward independence and fulfillment.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my family and dogs, explore diverse cultures through travel, and indulge in my passion for aromatherapy. I am an avid reader and committed lifelong learner, continually seeking new knowledge and experiences.

Lora Keith- La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon: Prior to coming to TMG, I spent five years as a support and service coordinator for the children’s long-term support waiver. This experience of learning the ins and outs of Medicaid long-term waivers, as well as working with children who have disabilities, has prepared me to be a great partner for you as your TMG IRIS Consultant. I love working together to find you resources that can help you live a more self-determined life, as well as map out a plan together that will help you reach your goals. When I’m not working, I love taking pictures of nature, as well as spending time kayaking, cooking and reading.

Lori Albertson- Ashland, Iron: Prior to TMG, I worked for provider agencies for 27 years, starting as a direct support staff and ending up managing a satellite office of a provider agency. I look forward to partnering with you so that you can live your best life – with you in the driver’s seat and me by your side. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with friend and family.

Lori Bourque- Kenosha, Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Disability Benefit Specialist within the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center for seven years. I have extensive experience helping individuals with physical and mental disabilities obtain benefits and navigate the system. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping individuals be as independent as possible and remain in their homes. In my free time, I enjoy camping, canoeing and doing mind puzzles.

Lori Helm- Clark, Wood: Prior to and since coming to TMG, my experience of more than 10 years of partnering with people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and elderly populations has been some of the most rewarding part of my career. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people reach their goals and staying as independent as possible. In my free-time I like to go camping and sightseeing or just relax and watch a movie with my family. I am a huge Packer fan! 

Lynette Butenhoff- Barron, Polk, Sawyer, Washburn: Prior to coming to TMG I worked for over twenty years as an Economic Support Specialist for Washburn County. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting the opportunity to get to know the individuals and work with them on individual plans to help achieve their desires and goals. In my free time I enjoy gardening, cooking and spending time with family.

Lynnette Washington- Milwaukee: I have five years of experience as an income maintenance representative with the Department of Health and Human Services. I have experience working with families to obtain benefits entitled to them. I like working at TMG because I enjoy meeting new people and helping them get the support they need to live their life to the fullest. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Ma Cho- Milwaukee: Partnering with individuals means understanding their aspirations and crafting personalized plans that align with their comfort and goals. I assess their current access to services and support, collaborating closely to secure the care needed for success.  As a TMG IRIS Consultant, empowering individuals to self-direct their lives and maintain independence is incredibly fulfilling. Witnessing clients achieve their goals brings me immense satisfaction and joy.  My experiences with The Social Development Commission and caring for my grandmother after college have equipped me with valuable insights into supporting individuals with diverse needs. Mackenzie Craig- Dunn, Pierce, St. Croix: Partnering with individuals as an IRIS consultant means advocating for their dreams and aspirations. I strive to identify their goals and connect them with resources and support to achieve success. My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is the opportunity to provide essential services and supports that enhance people's lives. Building trusting relationships and meeting new individuals along the way brings me great fulfillment.   My background as a case manager in Minnesota's Medical Assistance waiver programs has equipped me with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of Medicare/Medicaid and support vulnerable populations effectively.  In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping with my family. I'm an avid reader of non-fiction, a music enthusiast, and a dedicated fan of hockey, particularly the San Jose Sharks.

Mackenzie Schnider- Barron: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is witnessing clients' determination and progress towards achieving their desired outcomes. I find great fulfillment in supporting individuals through their journey to success.  My background in caregiving and education has equipped me with valuable skills in self-directed programs and goal setting, preparing me well for this role. I am passionate about helping others overcome challenges and realize their full potential.  In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, being on the lake, staying active with workouts, and cherishing moments with my family and friends.

Madeline Attewell- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Partnering with individuals as an IRIS consultant means meeting them where they are and empowering them to utilize resources for achieving their goals effectively.  My extensive background working with individuals with disabilities across various roles, including long-term waiver programs and community outreach, has prepared me well for this role.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, exploring local parks with my dog, trying new restaurants, and attending sporting events with friends and family.

Magen Lyne- Lafayette: With a background in psychology and diverse service roles, I bring a compassionate and goal-oriented approach to my work as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My experience has taught me the value of meeting people where they are, supporting their goals while helping them navigate resources in Lafayette County. I believe in active listening and that everyone has a story worth hearing. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, crocheting, spending time with my boyfriend and pets, and indulging in life’s simple joys—especially dessert.

Mai Xiong- Milwaukee: Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a care coordinator. This experience taught me that listening and asking questions are very important. By doing this, you ensure their needs are met. I enjoy working for TMG because I like seeing people happy in their home or community and being able to make choices on their own and manage their budget how they see fit. In my spare time, I enjoy sharing my time with my family members and friends, traveling, reading, cooking and watching TV or movies.

Manasi Mallard- Brown, Kewaunee, Door: Prior to coming to TMG, I developed experience in the following fields: trauma-informed care, working with youth in foster care, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and individual and families needing behavioral health services. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and caring TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and learning about how we can partner together to help you achieve your goals. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, learning to cook, reading, and exploring my community.

Mandy Kunzer- Walworth: Before working at TMG, I was a direct care provider and program manager for people in Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) I also have experience working in Family Care, hospice, and skilled nursing/rehabilitation. I look forward to helping people in the IRIS program reach their goals by using my knowledge of and connection to many resources in the community. When I'm not working, you will find me outside with my family and traveling to new places.

Maria Gonzalez- Milwaukee: For 18 year prior to my work at TMG I helped individuals establish reachable goals for Wisconsin Works. A good part of the time was spent helping individuals with disabilities find employment or file for social security administration benefits. What I enjoy best about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is knowing I am helping people in IRIS establish and reach their goals. I believe everyone has the right to determine how they want to live. In my free time I enjoy traveling to new places, spending time with family and spending time outside with my kids.

Marial Krukar- Washington, Ozaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in group homes for older adults with mental and physical disabilities for over 10 years. I also cared for my father, who is physically disabled, and I have a good understanding of how to provide care while preserving independence. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others self-direct their care. In my free time, I enjoy reading autobiographies, going out to dinner, and playing board games.

Marie Wendelberger-Wysocki- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a program coordinator for an adult day program. I also worked for a long-term integrated care program where I gained experience working with older adults and individuals with physical disabilities and mental health issues. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is empowering people to create meaningful lives in their communities. I'm a huge animal lover and in my free time, I enjoy being outdoors with my three children and my golden retriever.

Marina Shafranski- Washington: Prior to joining TMG, I spent 13 years doing case management and counseling for older adults and other target groups. This experience, along with being fluent in Russian, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to empathetically and actively listening to you so that I can learn about your life and your goals. Together we can find ways to let you live the life you choose. In my spare time, I like spending time with my husband and our two young kids. We keep busy by visiting the zoo, the movies, parks, and traveling when we can.

Mark Nowaczynski- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Center for Independence (CFI) for 23 years. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and helping your reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy watching football and college sports, spending time with family and friends, reading, watching movies, and going for long walks with my wife and job.

Marlene Moctezuma- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG I worked at the Social Development Commission (SDC), which allowed me to learn about community resources that provided education, housing and many other valuable tools. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with you as we partner together to help you achieve your goals. In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling with them, as well as shopping for deals!

Marquita James-Anderson- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the Foodshare Employment Training (FSET) program for three years. After that, I worked for the Wisconsin Works (W-2) program for twelve years. I have extensive experience in assisting people, assessing their abilities and providing them with valuable resources. I believe in educating you about the types of resources that are available and helping you find the services and supports needed. In my free time, I love to dance, read and go bowling with friends and family. I love walking my spoiled dog and I also love to go cruising!

Marta Collins- Walworth: Prior to working with TMG, I worked for almost 8 years with the Children's Long Term Support Waiver. Therefore, I have experience working with children experiencing developmental, physical and severe emotional disabilities. I like working with TMG because my past experience coordinating various social, community and mental health services allows me to further my help and partnership with individuals. When I'm not working, I have a passion for trying new foods as I was a very picky eater as a child, so I love whipping up new recipes in the kitchen with my husband or trying out new restaurants.

Martha Bichler- Sheboygan: I listen. I question. I make connections. I put the focus on the person, their life, their abilities, and their goals. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing people discover their abilities and achieve their goals. My education, training, and work prepared me for the role of a TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy spending time with my husband and five kids. I love my time spent in up north Wisconsin with family, friends, nature, a good book, and my own thoughts.

Mary Serrano- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Early Head Start program for Centro Hispano for 8 years doing home visits, as well as working for Family Service of Milwaukee as a Parent Liaison/ Nurturing Program Coordinator. All of this experience, along with assisting my own family members who faced challenges, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and learning how we can clear the path ahead together. In my spare time, I love taking long, relaxing drives, as well as baking.

Matt Johnson- Portage: For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in long-term care helping older adults and people with disabilities, helping them to meet their objectives in health, community living and employment. The best part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I can share my knowledge to help navigate through the sometimes-tricky regulations so that they can ultimately reach their goals. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying spending time with my family and our dogs as we camp, fish and bike around the great outdoors. I am also a big Wisconsin sports fan and hold a seat on my town’s water resource committee.

Matt Lovell- Jefferson, Dodge: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for over a decade with Bethesda Lutheran Communities, at their Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) in Watertown as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and eventually as a Program Manager. I worked with people that have intellectual and developmental disabilities and assisted them in many aspects of their daily lives – from providing direct care to them in their daily lives, to managing the staff that would provide the care. This experience has given me a great set of tools I look forward to sharing with you. My favorite part about partnering with you is getting to know you and learning how I can best help you reach your personal goals. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, spending time with my wife and family, working with the Special Olympics of Wisconsin, and auto racing.

Matthew Connell- Brown: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for over 6 years with people who are disabled, those who are visually impaired, and those who are aging, to help them be informed about, apply for, and maintain government assistance programs. This experience has helped prepare me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you achieve your goals. In my free time, I love spending time with my two young children and two dogs, and we enjoy visiting family and taking short trips to explore new things.

Matthew Truesdell- La Crosse, Monroe: Prior to working with TMG, I worked in a residential care complex, ran afterschool programs, assisted as an in-home support specialist and as an employment specialist. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge in working with individuals experiencing developmental and physical limitations throughout different stages of their life. I like working for TMG because I was adopted among seven other siblings of many different ethnic backgrounds and clearly understand the joy of diversity. My sister has a disability and I know that it takes a village and a strong core support group to care for someone. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, sports, being active in my church and spending time with my family.

Megan Faude- Dane: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strengths, helping them maintain independence and achieve their unique life goals.  My previous roles as a Case Manager in Family Care and Partnership programs, and as a Long-Term Care Functional Screener, have equipped me with the skills to coordinate services and community supports tailored to meet individual needs.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring Madison's culinary scene, relaxing at the lake with family, and spending quality time with my husband and our pets.

Megan Hoessel- Dane: I have been working in the human services field since 2015. I managed an in-home care agency for three years, where I gained extensive experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities. My education and experience – both professionally and as a caregiver for family and friends – has prepared me to be compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to taking the time to get to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my son, cuddling my two cats, going for walks and cooking.

Megan Mullens- Douglas: I specialize in partnering with individuals to understand their goals, develop action plans, and identify necessary resources and supports. I have a background in caregiving within the IRIS program, and value empowering participants to help them achieve their objectives. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, attending sporting events, and outdoor activities.

Mei L. Krueger- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services in a specialty department known as Long-Term Care (LTC). I have extensive knowledge and experience with eligibility processing and long-term care services such as home health care. This experience, along with having worked with a wide range of populations, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to building a relationship with you and figuring out ways that we can help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, photography, and spending time with my family.

Melanie Antoni- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Hospice services and have extensive experience working with older adults and finding employment for people with disabilities. I find my work rewarding, because I get to help others live meaningful lives in their community. In my free time, I love painting and being outdoors and spending time with my family.

Melissa Dahm- Rock: I have worked in long term care for about ten years. I have profound knowledge and experience working with people who are aging and individuals with physical and mental disabilities. I enjoy helping people self-direct their care so that they can live independently in their home. I know how important self-directing your own care. I look forward to getting to know you and help you work towards your own goals, so that you can live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our children. I enjoy trying new recipes, spending time outside when the weather permits, and watching movies with my family.

Melissa Dzioba- Dodge: I have lived in the Dodge County area all my life and love it. I graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2009. Prior to joining TMG, I spent more than 15 years working with seniors and those who have disabilities. I have worked as a caregiver and most recently I assisted people with disabilities in preparing for and maintaining employment in the community. I love forming new connections with people, and am looking forward to getting to know you and helping you find the supports and services you need to live the life you choose. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and two children, crafting, watching the Brewers, and exploring hiking trails and antique shops with my family.

Melissa Grimm- Marathon: In partnering with individuals, I prioritize understanding their priorities and goals to create a tailored plan using available resources for success.  My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is using my expertise to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives aligned with their desires and aspirations.  My background in community-based partnerships, including roles at the YMCA and in public schools, has equipped me to effectively connect clients with resources for self-directed care.  In my free time, I enjoy coaching swim teams, supporting my children at their sporting events, gardening, and unwinding with a good book outdoors.

Melissa Olson- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I was a case manager in the mental health field as well as a service coordinator for Children's Long-Term Support which has given me experience serving adults with co-occurring disorders and disabilities. I like working for TMG because I take pride and joy in assisting people with their needs and ensuring they are being successful in the community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love being outdoors riding my bike or walking my dog, Lily.

Melissa Rosenau- Sauk: Partnering with individuals to 'clear the path ahead' involves understanding their aspirations and crafting a personalized plan together. I am committed to supporting you as we navigate towards achieving your goals. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals continue to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives through self-directed care. My previous experience in residential care, working closely with aging adults and individuals with autism, has equipped me with the empathy and expertise needed to excel as a TMG IRIS Consultant.  In my free time, I focus on achieving my own goals while indulging in activities like reading, baking, and practicing self-care, which rejuvenate me for the work I love doing.

Melodie Diessner- Oneida, Vilas: With over 20 years in education as an elementary teacher and school counselor, followed by recent experience as a case manager in Price County’s Behavioral Health Unit, I bring a compassionate, goal-oriented approach to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My background has equipped me to partner with individuals of all ages and backgrounds to identify their needs and create actionable plans for achieving their goals. Originally from Texas, I now enjoy spending time with my family, exploring Wisconsin’s winter sports, and riding on the back of my husband’s motorcycle in warmer months.

Melody Martin- Jefferson: Before coming to work at TMG, I worked for a residential service provider, managing health care needs of adults with developmental and physical disabilities. I have extensive experience working hands-on with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with cerebral palsy. I've enjoyed being part of TMG as the IRIS program has evolved over the years. I enjoy helping people establish their goals and identify any potential obstacles that we need to overcome. When not working at TMG, I enjoy playing music and performing with several community bands. I am also an avid camper and museum enthusiast. 

Michelle Crary- Sauk: With 20 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, I have a strong background in home health, group homes, and assisted living. Before joining TMG, I worked as a supervisor at a home health agency, assisting people facing various challenges. Partnering with individuals means building trust and working collaboratively to understand their goals, helping them advocate for themselves, and live full, independent lives. As an IRIS Consultant, my favorite aspect is watching individuals achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.

Michele Ramsden- Dane: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a case manager at a rehabilitation center for seven years. Along with being in other roles, I was employed with the organization for over 10 years. I have worked in state-run institutions, hospitals, nursing homes, and adult family care homes, which has given me experience working with a wide range of populations. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and getting to know who you are and what goals you’d like to achieve. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my children and grandchildren, spending time in my seasonal camper, and watching sports.

Michelle Hendrickson- Columbia: I have over 20 years of healthcare experience, primarily at Unity Point Health Meriter Hospital in Columbia County. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care, I later specialized in outpatient care on the Heart and Vascular Short Stay Unit for 16 1/2 years. These roles shaped my compassionate approach and advanced my clinical skills. Now as an IRIS consultant, I'm dedicated to helping individuals live independently and meaningfully at home. Outside of work, I enjoy family time outdoors, supporting my children in their sports, and celebrating their achievements.

Michelle McCauley- Dodge: Prior to joining TMG, I was a case manager with a managed care organization in Winnebago County. I also have experience working as a corrections officer, and working in adult family homes. I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with you as your TMG IRIS Consultant, and I look forward to helping you live your fullest life through and supporting your self-directed journey. In my free time, I enjoy being a cat-mom to two awesome cats, spending times outdoors, crafting, supporting the Wisconsin sports teams, and spending time with my family.

Michelle Tomaszewski- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Before coming to TMG, I spent many years in the Milwaukee Public School district, working with students with learning disabilities. I also have extensive experience working in direct care with children and adults coping with mental health and developmental disabilities. Beyond my professional experience, I have had the privilege of helping care for a family member who had a developmental disability. This has helped me to understand some of the daily challenges involved and how to find resources available in the community. I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I find great joy in helping individuals accomplish their goals and see their dreams become reality. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my family and pets.

Mikki Huff- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin for ten years. I provided on-the job training and instruction for those with various disabilities and barriers to employment. I also have a close relative who attended a school for those with disabilities, and I saw first-hand how he and his classmates were encouraged to live a self-directed life. So, my work and life experiences have prepared me to be a passionate and dedicated TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partner with you, and working together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, exploring various parks with my dog, listening to jazz and watching Netflix.

Mindy Wagner- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in foster care and taught. I have experience working with individuals with disabilities, older adults, youth, and individuals with mental illness diagnoses. I find my work rewarding because I am constantly amazed and humbled by the determination of the individuals in IRIS and their families and caregivers. In my free time, I like baking, exercising, playing board games and volunteering in my community.

Monika Anderson- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked with people who used the Children's Lont-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver as well as people with disabilities and mental health issues. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and resourceful TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and finding out how we can help you achieve your goals. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, going to the gym, and spending time with my kids an pets!

Monise Stark- Milwaukee: I partner with individuals to "clear the path ahead" by offering personalized advice, fostering effective communication, and guiding decision-making processes based on their needs and goals. Collaboration is key, whether it's creating action plans together or providing tailored solutions and accurate information.  My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is the opportunity to empower individuals to discover and utilize their full potential, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.  My experience as a Community Integration Specialist, working closely with autistic adults to support their independent living and community integration, has prepared me well for my role as an IRIS Consultant.  In my free time, I enjoy immersing myself in books, challenging myself with rock climbing adventures, and exploring new places through travel.

Mu Si- Waukesha, Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA, as a Practice Assistant for three years and spent eight years as an interpreter helping individuals and families. I am familiar with the Milwaukee and Waukesha regions and speak both English and Karen. I believe in getting to know people, building trust, and working towards their goals. My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is supporting my participants in achieving their goals. My healthcare experience and community volunteer work have enhanced my ability to connect with others. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, relaxing with my dog, traveling to parks, cooking, learning about new cultures, and trying new foods.

Mylessa Ingli- Buffalo, Pepin: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Buffalo and Pepin counties for four years and in long-term healthcare for eight years. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you and help you reach your goals! In my free time, I enjoy camping and making memories with my friends and family.

Na S. Shee- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for several years as an interpreter for people who speak Karen. This has given me extensive experience helping people who have different backgrounds and ethnicities, as well as helping those who speak different languages and those who have different needs. I look forward to getting to know you and partnering together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I like to go to the park and play volleyball.

Nacacia Wardell- Milwaukee, Waukesha: My favorite aspect of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing the independence and empowerment of individuals as they accomplish their goals and maintain their autonomy.  My experiences, including working with The Social Development Commission and caring for my grandmother, have equipped me with empathy and practical skills crucial for guiding others through the IRIS program.  In my leisure time, I cherish moments with my family and friends, creating lasting memories and enjoying each other's company.

Nakita Williams- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I was employed by many great organizations, where I worked with adults, people experiencing homelessness, people who have experienced incarceration, those who have dealt with alcohol and other drug abuse, and people who have mental health concerns. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to building a good relationship with you and getting to know what goals you want to achieve. Together, we will work towards helping you live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and shopping.

Nancy House- Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee: Before working at TMG, I worked as a Care Manager for Family Care. I help people to determine what their goals are and then together we explore ways to achieve those goals both with IRIS services and resources in the community. I really enjoy getting to know the people who I am partnering with and helping them find the services and resources that they need to be or to remain independent. I enjoy hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and our two dogs. I also enjoy going to Brewer’s games and watching Packer’s games.

Nancy Pickett- Milwaukee, Waukesha: For over 35 years, I have been working alongside teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Traumatic Brain Injury. I have had extensive training and work experience in sensory integration, trauma informed care, community inclusion and transitions to adulthood. I enjoy listening to someone tell me about their dreams, challenges and barriers. I will work with them to explore resources and brainstorm with them some fantastic, creative, out-of-the-box ideas that will support them in achieving their goals. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and kayaking or canoeing. I also love traveling, and when I’m home, spending time in front of the fire with my dog.

Natalie Bonnes- Chippewa, Dunn: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Chippewa, Dunn, and Pierce Counties as a Foster Care Coordinator, Case Manager in Child Protection Services, and Supervisor for the juvenile delinquent population. I also have experience working as an Adult Protection Social Worker for the Aging and Disability Resource Center. I like working at TMG because I get to partner with individuals participating in the IRIS Program to problem solve. In my free time, I like fishing, boating, and hitting the area's many bike trails.

Natalya Smeyan- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an interpreter for Russian speaking individuals. I also have an experience in sport medicine/physical therapy, I helped people with physical disabilities and sports injuries. I like working at TMG because I am a big believer in self-direction and I enjoy helping others choose their path and stay independent. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, do yoga with my daughter and travel. 

Nicole Amoroso- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in a long-term care program, where I helped connect people with the services and supports that would help them self-direct their lives. This has given me a great foundation as a TMG IRIS Consultant, and I am happy to share my knowledge with you. As we start partnering together, I look forward to learning all about you and helping you work towards your goals. When I’m not at work, I love to spend my time being active outdoors with my family and dog, as well as reading and going to events in my community.

Nicole Danca- Barron, Polk: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Workforce Resource for five years. I have experience in job development, workforce readiness, employment for people with disabilities and assisting youth in transition. I enjoy working at TMG because I like helping the people I partner with in the IRIS Program explore their options and create a path to success. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks outside, watching sports and playing with my dog, Gracie.

Nicole Mentch- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a case manager at a day program for adults with disabilities, and then at a managed care organization for 10 years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, and really enjoy cooking and painting. 

Nikki Lewis- Vernon: As an IRIS Consultant, I partner with individuals by first understanding their unique needs and aspirations. This initial step allows us to identify the most effective supports and services that will empower them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.  My favorite aspect of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals take control of their lives through self-direction. Guiding them toward their aspirations and seeing them succeed brings me immense satisfaction.  My background in supporting survivors of domestic violence and managing a diverse team has equipped me with invaluable skills in understanding and addressing various challenges. These experiences have prepared me to effectively advocate for and empower my clients within the IRIS program.  In my free time, I find joy in outdoor activities like gardening and sports, as well as cherishing moments with my family and four children.

Nuriyah Rasool- Milwaukee: Before joining TMG, I worked at Integrity Family Services LLC, interacting with youth as a Crisis Stabilizer. I helped youth (ages 9-18), who face different life challenges by working to implement useful coping skills and goals in order to prevent future crises. In addition to Integrity, I have worked in various customer service positions that have allowed me to interact with various individuals which further broadened my ability to handle conflict. I’m looking forward to meeting you and using my skills to help you clear the path ahead. O'Nea Williams- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Waukesha County as an Economic Support Specialist. This has given me a great understanding of the resources and services available to help you live a more independent life. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks with my dog, spending time with my family, and enjoying new movies.

Oralis Antisdel- Racine, Kenosha: Before joining TMG, I worked at Racine County - Human Services, focusing on mental health, substance abuse services, and youth transitions. As an IRIS consultant, I find fulfillment in supporting community members and aiding in the creation of local support networks. With my experience in working with both adults and children, I excel in developing personalized goals and plans. Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, cooking, and tending to my hobby farm.

Pa Nou Hil Vang- Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Goodwill NCW Industries for five years. I have experience with helping people reach their employment goals in the community. This experience, as well as my experience as a Case Manager working in the vocational/employment world, has well prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I strive to be open-minded about each individual's goals and their specific path and like to meet people where they are it. I will listen to what is important to each person and provide information and resources to help reach their goals. Seeing someone be able to take small steps in the direction of reaching their goals is so rewarding! During my free time I like to garden and hang out with my family and friends.

Pang Cha: As an IRIS Consultant, I partner with individuals by meeting them where they are and supporting them in achieving their unique goals.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is collaborating with others and making a meaningful impact in their lives.  My experience in early childhood development through programs like Birth to Three and Early Head Start, as well as assisting families with social services applications, has prepared me well for this role.  In my free time, I cherish moments with my family and enjoy spending time with my dog outdoors.

Paris Wilborn- Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha: Before joining TMG, I worked at Bradley Tech High School in Milwaukee, supporting special needs students. Fluent in English, I focus on making participants comfortable, discussing their interests, and providing necessary resources to help them set and achieve goals. My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is hearing personal stories and assisting individuals in achieving a fulfilling, self-directed life. My experience at Advocate Home Health Care as an office manager prepared me well, enhancing my empathy and planning skills. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, visiting the zoo, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Pa Yeng Vang- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I was an Income Maintenance Specialist and Hmong Interpreter at the Wisconsin Department Health & Human Services, as well as a Quality Assurance Analyst at ResCare Workforce Services. I also have spent much time volunteering at my church as a teacher for women and children, and as the church’s treasurer. This experience has prepared me to be a passionate and supportive TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and learning how we can help your reach your goals. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and children, as well as serving my church and the Hmong community.

Paoi Lor- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I was a caretaker for my aunt and grandmother. This provided me with some good experience in long-term care. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others eliminate safety or health concerns so that they can lead a better life. In my free time, I enjoy reading and being a part of nature.

Patrice Anderson- Waukesha: Prior to working for TMG, I worked for four in the homes of families of diverse populations and gained extensive experience creating goals to be met and communicating effectively with them. I like working for TMG because I believe a team effort is the best way to reach goals for the future. I clear the path ahead by not dictating, but working together as a collective group, each person taking on roles in their expertise to reach the best outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, sewing, crocheting, or anything art related. In the summer, I enjoy going out fishing, spending time at the cabin, being with family and friends and going camping.

Patrice Weathers- Milwaukee: Before joining TMG, I spent eight years at La Causa, INC as a Wraparound Care Coordinator and CCS Ancillary Specialist, working with individuals diagnosed with mental health and substance abuse issues. I am knowledgeable about community resources in Milwaukee County and familiar with Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Partnering with people to "clear the path ahead" means establishing rapport through effective communication, active listening, authenticity, and respecting their independence. My favorite part of being a TMG Consultant is helping others achieve their goals and maintain their independence. With 10 years of experience in the social service field, I feel well-prepared for this role. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Patty Koestler- Grant: Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked in many different human service fields such as social services, the police department and being a volunteer guardian. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals living with disabilities of all ages. I enjoy working for TMG because having been a caregiver for my mother, I have gained knowledge in where to find helpful resources and the benefits of partnering with others. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading murder mysteries, completing Sudoku puzzles and playing mahjong on the computer.

Penny Auter- Waukesha: As a parent and advocate for a son with a disability, I have worked for almost 40 years towards equality and independence for persons with disabilities. With TMG, I continue to be rewarded on a daily basis as individuals I partner with share their life goals and experiences with me. It is a privilege seeing individuals I partner with, break down barriers and work towards independence in their daily lives. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my children, their spouses and my 12 grandchildren, whenever possible. 

Quatina Gray- Milwaukee: Before joining TMG, I worked for Comprehensive Community Services as a Care Coordinator, assisting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. I also provided rehabilitation services for women at Meta House and served children and families at Wraparound. I am very familiar with community resources in Milwaukee. Partnering with people to "clear the path ahead" means learning about their goals and creating a comfortable action plan to achieve them. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is learning about new cultures and building relationships with participants. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, binge-watching series, traveling, and being outdoors.

Racheal Broome- Polk: With a background in nursing and experience as a Dementia Care Specialist at the Aging and Disability Resource Center for Polk and Burnett Counties, I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. Familiar with Polk County, I prioritize listening closely to participants to understand their unique goals and needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support for continued independence. Outside of work, I am family-oriented, a dog lover, and enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, foraging, and exploring new places when I can. Holistic health and wellness are also close to my heart.

Rachel Shellenberger- Eau Claire, Buffalo: I have a background in social work for Wisconsin veterans and caregiving for individuals with disabilities. I partner with you to empower your choices and enhance your life quality, offering resources, guidance, and support. I find it rewarding to see individuals thrive through self-directed living.  In my free time, I enjoy camping, cabin trips, and creative activities like paint by numbers.

Rachel Stilwell- Barron: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a non-profit organization, where I managed community programs. I also worked as a case manager for Range Mental Health and was a direct support worker for individuals with developmental disabilities. This work has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I want to listen to your story and work together to find ways to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, taking pictures, traveling, cooking, watching movies, riding my bike, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Raegan Jackson- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for Community Care Inc./Family Care as a Care Manager assisting members with their long-term care needs. My past work experience includes case management, mental health support, public assistance, care coordination, and crisis intervention. My extensive experience with case management has allowed me to work with individuals from all walks of life, which has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. Raemy Parent- Brown, Oconto, Shawano, Marinette: Prior to joining TMG, I have had previous experience working in an aging and disability resource center (ADRC) and a mental health clinic. Remona McGowan- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG I worked as Financial Employment Planer with Wisconsin Works. This has prepared me to assist my partner on their needs and to help determine their goals. I’m looking forward to assisting with my knowledge of resource to help reach your individualized goals. Randi Swanson- Barron, Burnett, Polk, Washburn: Prior to joining TMG, I had a wide variety of work experiences, including working as an Adult Protective Service Specialist for the Aging & Disability Resource Center. There, I was an advocate for the citizens, and became passionate about working with people who are aging and vulnerable. I then spent 3 ½ years working as a Director of Social Services at a skilled nursing facility that served people needing long-term care, as well as, short-term rehabilitation. All of my past experiences have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and empathetic TMG IRIS Consultant. I am passionate about helping you remain living where you choose to live with the services/supports you need, for as long as possible. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and insights needed to effectively support others on their journey.  In my free time, I enjoy pursuing creative hobbies like crocheting and staying active outdoors. Whether it's kayaking, golfing, traveling, fishing, or spending time with my dogs, I cherish moments that rejuvenate me and bring joy to my life.

Rebecca Van Keuren- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Partnering with individuals involves offering multiple paths tailored to their needs, empowering them to make informed decisions aligned with their goals.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is meeting new people and helping them discover resources to achieve their goals.  My background, including caring for aging grandparents, overcoming personal challenges, and working with individuals with disabilities, prepared me well for this role.  In my free time, I enjoy gardening, attending movies and Packer games, baking, trying new recipes, and spending time with my three children.

Rebekah Benavides- Milwaukee: I partner with individuals by connecting them to the services they desire and ensuring those services align with their preferences and goals.  My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is assisting others in achieving their visions and goals through the IRIS program.  My experience as a case manager at Catholic Charities has equipped me with the skills to connect clients with community resources and ensure they receive the necessary support to remain in their homes.  In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, often over coffee.

Rhonda Farver- Washington, Ozaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I spent 15 years working at a local nonprofit, where I partnered with people who had both developmental and physical disabilities. This experience has given me a great understanding of resources that are available to you. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you as we partner together and work to reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy gardening and spending time with friends and family.

Rhonda Owens-Brown- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I spent nine years working as a special education teacher. This experience has allowed me to learn from the children and families that I worked with about the individual’s unique needs, learning styles, and strengths. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I’m happy to use this experience to help find the best ways to help you achieve your goals. When I partner with people, I believe in creating a relationship that’s full of mutual respect, and one where I truly get to know you and what’s important in your life. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my twin daughters, as well as singing and watching home improvement/DIY shows.

Robbi Schroeder- Winnebago: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for an outreach mental health facility for five years. This experience, along with having a family member who utilizes long-term care services, has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and being a partner who will be by your side on this journey. In my free time I enjoy crafting, playing/learning new card games and trying different fitness classes.

Robert Givhan- Rock: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for 16 years as a Program Director at REM Wisconsin. There, I learned how to support individuals with disabilities and understand the resources and programs available to them to help them reach their goals. I enjoy getting to know the people I partner with, and look forward to working together to help you live the life you choose. In my free time, I’m very active in my community: I am part of several social justice groups, am very involved in my church and their outreach efforts, and spend my time volunteering for an organization that houses individuals without permanent housing.

Robin Langenkamp- Brown, Shawano, Marinette, Oconto: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Brown County Human Services for 12 years, specializing in Medicaid and FoodShare for people who were aging or had disabilities. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you and partnering together to help you reach your goals. In my spare time, my family and I love traveling and spending weekends at our cottage. I also like camping, boating, and most anything outside.

Robyn Rodgers- Milwaukee, Waukesha: My experience includes working with people with all types of disabilities. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to show how much I care for people, being a partner with them and ensuring that they have the needed resources for them to meet the goal of their choice. Rocio Verdiguel Huarota- Milwaukee, Racine: With 20 years of experience in human services, including a decade at Prevention Services Network in Kenosha County, I bring a strong background in family support and resource coordination to my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. My focus is on building trust, understanding each person’s unique goals, and connecting them to valuable resources to help them reach those goals independently. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to self-direct their lives. Rolanda Fowler- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Before becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant, I have had experience working with people who are aging and those who have disabilities; as well as having worked as a home health worker and certified nursing assistant (CNA). Ruth Macias-Vallejo- Sheboygan: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with several Social Services agencies in the Sheboygan and Manitowoc areas. I also worked with a Homeless Prevention program and helped people get back to work and be part of the community. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others improve their lives and integrate in the community. In my free time, I love traveling, and trying foods from different cultures.

Sabrina Northern- Racine: Before joining TMG, I spent 8 years as a peer-led support group facilitator and community advocate in Kenosha and Racine counties, supporting individuals with mental illness, substance use concerns, and various disabilities. As an IRIS Consultant, I collaborate closely with individuals to create customized strategies that align with their goals, optimizing their IRIS budget for essential care and support. I'm passionate about empowering individuals through self-directed care. My personal experiences with mental health and community volunteer work have prepared me well for this role. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, lakefront walks with my dog, and roller skating to stay active.

Sabrina Wood- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to joining TMG, I was a substitute teacher for my local high school, working in the Special Education department, and also worked in the Employment sector for individual with disabilities. This work has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. In my free time, I like spending time with my family, cooking homemade Italian food, and being involved in my community.  

Samantha Johnston- La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon: I partner with individuals by encouraging their independence in decision-making while offering my knowledge and available resources to support their goals.  My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is helping individuals maintain their independence and achieve their desired lifestyles.  My experience as a Residential Coordinator and in home health over the past 7 years has equipped me with knowledge of community programs and activities to guide individuals toward maintaining an active and independent lifestyle.  In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking, shopping, watching movies, and engaging in activities with my four children. During the summer, I love spending time on the water, fishing, boating, or swimming.

Sarah Cupertino- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked at Wisconsin Works, FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET), and Adult Services of Southeast Wisconsin. I partner with people by learning and listening to you, and working together so that you’re able to meet your goals. I look forward to getting to know you! In my free time, I enjoy being with my children, husband and dog, and getting outside to take nice walks and soak up the sun.

Sarah Louisier- Sheboygan, Washington: With over a decade in Human Services, including managed care roles at Lakeland Care and Inclusa, I bring experience and passion for supporting diverse populations in Sheboygan and Washington counties. I'm excited to help individuals gain independence. My background as a care manager and foster parent of a child with disabilities gives me unique insights into the needs of those I serve. In my free time, I enjoy family moments, spending time with my daughter, watching movies, attending concerts, and reading.

Sarah Shoup- Pierce, St. Croix: Prior to joining TMG, I was a teacher in both regular and special education classrooms. This work prepared me to become a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to partnering with you and learning how we can work together to help you achieve your goals. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and my two young children. We like to hike, swim, read, laugh and most of all dance. 

Scott Carroll- Milwaukee: I have a robust network in social services, which provides valuable resources and customer service is my passion. My favorite part of being an IRIS consultant is aiding others in achieving and maintaining their goals. I strive to empower individuals to make their own decisions and enjoy life fully.  In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with family and friends, engaging in community service, and contributing to youth development. 

Shanell Green- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Department of Health & Human Services as an income maintenance specialist determining eligibility for food share, health care, and child care services. Working for DHS gave me a great perspective on helping others and providing necessary resources. This experience has well prepared me to be a knowledgeable and resourceful IRIS Consultant. However, life experience is what has prepared me the most. You never know when a family member or a friend may need services, so I treat everyone as if they are a part of my family. I hope to partner with participants by learning about their goals and then making an action plan that they feel comfortable with. I will also help identify services and supports that are available now to help reach their goals. Helping others achieve their goals is my favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant. It makes me happy to see someone else happy and accomplish the different things they set out to do! In my free time, I love to spend time with my three beautiful children, my parents, and my friends.

Shanna Molls- Barron, Polk: I came to TMG with a solid foundation as a medical assistant in family medicine, where I gained extensive experience with a wide range of people. From newborns to centenarians, and across diverse cultures and individuals with various disabilities or dementia, I've built a deep understanding of community needs. What I cherish most about being an IRIS consultant is the program's emphasis on self-direction. My background as a medical assistant has equipped me with advocacy skills and the ability to establish trust. This foundation ensures that those I work with feel confident in my support as we work together to fulfill their aspirations.

Shannon Bass- Milwaukee: Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the state in the Long-Term Care Department; therefore, I have extensive knowledge working with those living with disabilities. I like working for TMG because I am able to be the individuals' "hands on" person to make sure they are getting the supports and resources they need to lead a successful life. While I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and family, cooking meals, having great conversation and watching movies.

Shannon Roundtree- Milwaukee: I partner with individuals by collaboratively setting goals and creating action plans tailored to their needs, while ensuring effective budget management and connecting them with relevant resources. My favorite aspect of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals achieve the goals they've set for themselves, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.  My prior work experience and educational background have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as an IRIS Consultant.  In my leisure time, I delight in cooking, playing sports, and traveling. I cherish spending quality time with my 13-year-old niece and 5-year-old nephew.

Shannon Soyk- Clark, Wood: Prior to joining TMG, I spent nine years managing an adult day/respite center, where I provided services to adults with disabilities, and as well as those who are aging. This experience has prepared me to be a caring and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I strive to be a good listener, and to get creative when needed to help you reach your goals. In my free time I like to enjoy time with my family, and getting out in the beautiful weather.

Shannon Todd- Chippewa, Dunn: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the senior care industry for 11 years, including assisted living and skilled nursing. This work, along with my work as an ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association as well as growing up with a sister who was developmentally disabled, have prepared me to be a kind and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals and live the life you want. In my free time, my husband and I cheer on our two athletic sons, and also spend time at the family cabin.

Shardé Jennings- Milwaukee: Prior to TMG, I provided case management for adults living with serious and persistent mental illness, and spent time as a Resident Service Coordinator providing supportive services to older adults and adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. Please note that due to pet allergies, I am unable to enter homes with dogs or cats. Sharee Lee- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the social services field for five years and have gained experience with individuals with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and brain injuries. This gave me the knowledge of how to develop treatment plans, assist with goal setting and locate community resources. I like working for TMG because through years of experience in this field, I have truly learned that everyone is unique. Seeing some of the challenges individuals face with supports and services has pushed me to be an advocate for the people that I serve, and to ensure that they receive the best services and supports. When I'm not working, I love going to Dave and Buster's, bowling, going to the movies, swimming, reading, making jewelry, exploring with my son and partaking in seasonal activities such as picking pumpkins in the fall, looking at Christmas decorations in the winter and watching the fireworks in July.

Sharlotte Johnson- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to coming to TMG, I was a contractor for a local hospital in Kenosha for 13 years, where I helped uninsured and underinsured patients apply for Medicaid and affordable insurance from the Healthcare Marketplace. This experience has prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to building my relationship with you and helping you clear the path ahead. In my free time, I enjoy going to outdoor concerts with my husband, traveling, and trying new foods.

Sharon Whittaker- Milwaukee: As an IRIS Consultant, I partner closely with individuals to navigate their unique paths forward. Through detailed discussions about IRIS services, I tailor solutions that meet health and safety needs effectively. My focus is on empowering participants to define achievable goals, enriching their TMG experience with meaningful outcomes. The most fulfilling aspect of my role is supporting participants and their families through these journeys, drawing on personal caregiving experiences that resonate deeply with their challenges and aspirations.

Shelby Christopher- Milwaukee, Ozaukee: I partner closely with individuals to understand their goals and ensure their voices are heard. Managing IRIS budgets and navigating resources, we work together to achieve progress. My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is helping others succeed. My experience with autism and families has honed my skills in goal setting and collaboration.  In my free time, I enjoy thrifting, biking local trails, and spending time with my daughters.

Shelly Rudy- Racine, Kenosha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a disability benefits specialist at the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Kenosha County for 13 years. I was also employed as an employment training specialist with the Kenosha Achievement Center for 4 years. This experience has helped prepare me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, reading, spending time with my dogs, and volunteering at local pet rescues.

Shoua Chang- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a behavioral technician for one year and then a service coordinator for the children's long-term support waiver program for 2.5 years. This experience has prepared me to be a compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant who is knowledgeable about the resources available in your community. I look forward to getting to know you and building a strong relationship with one another so that we can work together to help you reach your goals. During my free time, I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.

Sierra Stafford- Iowa: Prior to coming to TMG, I volunteered at the St. Vincent de Paul Resource Center, worked at the Good Neighbor Clinic, and I have experience working with diverse populations. I like working at TMG because I like seeing the empowerment and independence that comes with self-direction. In my free time, I enjoy camping, reading books, and playing board games.

Stacey Conjurski- Manitowoc, Calumet: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an Economic Support Specialist for 15 years determining eligibility and benefits for public assistance programs such as FoodShare, BadgerCare, Child Care and Energy Assistance (WHEAP). I also worked for Lutheran Social Services as a Case Manager for the PATHS Program working with young adults who were either homeless or transitioning from foster care to living on their own. These experiences have provided me with extensive knowledge regarding community resources and working with a diverse population. I enjoy working for TMG because I like working with people and providing resources to help guide and assist them in achieving their goals and feeling successful. In my free time, I enjoy camping with my husband and our three dogs, spending time with my grandchildren, baking (and eating!) any kind of dessert, and participating in dog agility events.

Stacey Fenner- Jefferson: Prior to coming to TMG I worked in the area school districts assisting in the special needs classrooms working with those that have cognitive and physical disabilities. I also was a Long Term Care Functional Screener for the Community Options Program (COP) in Milwaukee County. I enjoy working with TMG because I get to help individuals set goals and determine what supports they need to reach those goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family at our cabin up north.

Stacey Hyler- Milwaukee: Prior to TMG I was a case manager for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with different people every day and helping people I partner with in IRIS feel empowered to take control of their lives. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling to warmer climates.

Stephanie Arntsen- Polk, Sawyer, Washburn: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in many different positions in the long-term care field. I have 25 years of experience working with families to access resources in their area, which include residential planning, providers and services. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, play guitar, cook and collect records. I have even toyed with the idea of opening my own record store, restaurant or a food truck! I am interested in history and enjoy watching documentaries.

Stephanie McKinney- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a program coordinator and helped adults of various ages and abilities create individual assessments, behavior support plans and individual goals relating to their health, wellness, recreation and community integration outings. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting people and building meaningful relationships. My hobbies include, reading, watching classic movies and cooking.

Stephanie Whipp- Winnebago: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for eight years at a mental health outreach center, where I helped members find gainful employment, connect with their community and live well every single day. My knowledge of community resources and my background working with many different populations has prepared me to become a compassionate and well-informed TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to meeting each of the people I partner with where they’re at and helping them to explore what they want their futures to look like. In my free time I like to visit my extended family, travel, garden and run. 

Susan Hedding- Dane: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Care Manager in Family Care and for a vocational agency. I have over ten years of experience working with people with disabilities and older adults. This work has prepared me to be a passionate and resourceful TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you reach your goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as cooking and getting outside to enjoy nature.

Tabitha Curtain- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I was a care coordinator, where I worked with families and individuals who have mental health issues and other disabilities. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I am happy to share my knowledge and passion with you and help you find the resources you need to meet your goals. Tammy Leitner-Bunkoske- Dodge: Prior to joining TMG, I worked in an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID) as a behavior support specialist, as a care manager in the Family Care program, as a regional director at Creative Community Living Services, and I have run a senior residential care apartment complex (RCAC) and 16-bed community-based residential facility (CBRF) for people living with Alzheimer's or traumatic brain injuries. I have over 20 years of experience in the field and am excited to share my knowledge and passion for self-direction with you. Together, we will build a plan that will help you reach your goal and life the life you chose. I look forward to getting to know you and creating a strong relationship with one another. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and our three dogs, as well as hiking, biking, baking, spending time with my parents, and nurturing my faith.

Tammy Maura- Buffalo, Pepin: Being a TMG IRIS Consultant has rewarded and challenged me in so many ways over the past 10+ years. I have been a part of so many beautiful experiences and watched so many people get back to living and enjoying life, family and community. I have always felt that two of the greatest blessings a person can give you is their time... and to welcome you into their home.

Tamra Donarski- Rock, Walworth: Prior to TMG, I worked in the Family Care Program through Community Care for two and a half years. My previous employment was with a managed care organization. I completed assessments, care plans, long-term care functional screens, budgets related to self-directed supports and supportive home care agencies, and more. I look forward to sharing my expertise with you and helping you clear the path ahead and live the life you choose! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two pups and my fiancé, as well as trying new restaurants, fishing, camping, making homemade candles and watching football.

Tara Tietyen-Sowinski- Milwaukee: Prior to working for TMG, I worked as a senior therapist and with children living with autism. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals with disabilities of all ages. I enjoy working for TMG because I like to create a tailored plan to fit each individual person and their unique situation to make sure their outcomes fit with their needs. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family.

TaRia Riley- Racine: I partner with program participants by adopting their needs as my own, offering genuine support and resources to pave the way forward.  My favorite aspect of being an IRIS consultant is empowering individuals to live self-directed lives through access to essential resources.  My background as a special education assistant and probation and parole agent equipped me with the skills to understand diverse needs and provide effective support.  In my free time, I cherish creating memories with my two children and indulging in crafting activities.

Tatyana Saprykin- Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Nurse and Personal Care Worker and have experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, and older adults. I also managed a post-secondary school and have experience working in education. I enjoy working at TMG because I like to help others use supports and resources to achieve their goals and dreams. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and taking care of my pets.

Teresa Broullire- Marinette, Forest, Florence: Prior to joining TMG, I worked as information and assistance personnel at the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Florence County. There, I helped the elderly and disabled find services that would help them live more independently at home. I have spent time with the young and elderly with one of my dogs, who was a certified therapy dog. I feel these things have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant. I truly enjoy working for TMG because I love helping people find the supports they need to meet their goals. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you clear the path ahead.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, my photography, crafting and taking walks with my dog.

Teresa Iverson- Jackson, Clark, Monroe: Prior to working at TMG, I worked 15 years in adult family homes serving individuals with varying disabilities. As a TMG IRIS Consultant my favorite part involves all the interesting people I meet along the way with their unique stories and experiences. It is also rewarding when there are opportunities to assist another in reaching their goals. I understand the importance for individuals to maintain their independence, make choices for themselves and reach their own personal success. In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activities with my family like bow practice, camping and exploring the woods.

Teresa Tate-Simmons- Milwaukee: Prior to joining TMG, I have 5 years of experience working at a Senior Living facility with older patients who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and Dementia. I also have 2 years of experience with adults of all ages who have been diagnosed with mental health issues. This work has helped me be an empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. Theresa Narveson- Dane: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for nine years in Washington County, WI. There I determined eligibility for long-term care Medicaid, as well as food share benefits for those who were aging, those who are visually impaired and people with disabilities. This work has prepared me to be a empathetic and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to help you live the life you choose. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, catching live music, board games, gardening, and exploring my new community with my husband.

Theresa Turner- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a Wraparound Care Coordinator, where I helped find resources and advocate for youths and young adults with mental health, developmental and cognitive disabilities. Theresa Wonders-Tamez- Dane: Prior to joining TMG, I spent many years in Dane County as a support broker as well as working in a residential agency. This experience prepared me to understand how to be a good partner to the people I work with, as well as where to find available resources. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I get to help the people I partner with live self-directed lives, as well as watch them reach their goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and pets, watching movies and traveling.

Thomas Gierke- Calumet, Outagamie, Winnebago: As an IRIS Consultant, I bring a wealth of experience from my tenure as an Executive Director advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. My expertise spans vehicle, assistive technology, and home modifications, specializing in bathrooms, ramps, and stair lifts. With nearly 35 years in vocational rehabilitation and disability employment, I am well-versed in navigating challenges and identifying solutions across Calumet, Outagamie, and Winnebago counties. My approach involves building strong relationships, setting achievable goals, and exploring innovative solutions to clear pathways forward, drawing from both professional acumen and personal resilience.

Tiffany Bullocks- Kenosha, Racine: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Kenosha County where I gained experience in Income Maintenance. I also worked as a Service Coordinator in an apartment complex for individuals with disabilities and older adults and have six years of experience working in Case Management with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG, because I enjoy seeing the growth people participating in the IRIS Program experience when they have the supports and services they need. In my free time, I love cheering on the Badgers and Packers and going to Milwaukee Brewer games.

Tiffany Diesterhaft- Buffalo, Eau Claire: Prior to joining TMG, I worked for Lutheran Social Services as a case manager for almost two years, and worked in family care for over six years. All of my combined experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, three kids and two cats, as well as attending movies and exploring the art of photography.

Tiffany Rommelfanger-Taylor- Milwaukee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Department of Children and Families and a large health insurance company in the Milwaukee area. This has given me a unique perspective and knowledge of various community resources. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and doing relaxing activities like meditation, aromatherapy, reading and writing.

Tiffany Stremcha- La Crosse; Monroe: Prior to coming to TMG, I was a case manager for more than 13 years for an agency that served people with disabilities. This experience has given me real life experience with people who continue to expand my knowledge. I look forward to helping you find the support and resources you need to live the life you choose. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being in the outdoors (mostly in the winter, spring, and fall), snuggling up on the couch watching Food Network, and getting lost in a good book!

Tiffany Villiard- Walworth: Prior to joining TMG, I spent over 10 years working with older adults, people with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and physical and developmental disabilities as a live-in CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) manager, in-home caregiver, and as a Certified HUD Occupancy Specialist. The best part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is watching individuals become empowered by self-directing and being in control of their supports and services based on what is most important to them. In my free time I enjoy relaxing with my family, watching a variety of shows and movies, playing games, and heading outside to garden, take a walk or visit a state park for a hike.

Tim Karol- Milwaukee: Before joining TMG, I worked as a long-term support coordinator, a case manager and managed an adult day program. I have worked with individuals with both developmental and physical disabilities, along with people who have mental health needs and long-term medical care needs. This work has prepared me to be a great partner with you. I enjoy being an TMG IRIS Consultant because I get to work directly with you as we find ways to reach your goals. Timothy Stoy- Marathon, Wood, Portage: Prior to joining TMG, I spent 13 years as a Service Coordinator with the Wisconsin Family Care Program. This experience has given me the tools to be a resourceful TMG IRIS Consultant. I look forward to getting to know you and learning how together we can clear the path ahead. Ting Her- Milwaukee: With over 6 years of experience in various pharmacy settings, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse patient population and managing a wide range of health conditions. My familiarity spans Sheboygan County, where I've developed strong communication skills in English. Tracey Schick- Eau Claire: Prior to working at TMG, I worked for Chippewa County Department of Human Services in the Economic Support Division for eight years. Prior to that, I spent 15 years working as a case manager assisting families meet their needs. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with individuals from all ages, disabilities, ethnicities and a wide range of backgrounds. Tracy Badura- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 10 years at the Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin Workforce Training Center, helping people find work within their community. Ursula Volk- Milwaukee, Waukesha: After my grandson's brain surgery left him with a disability, I cared for him on a daily basis for an extended period of time. This gives me extensive hands-on experience of being a caregiver for an individual with a disability. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because it allows me to build relationships with the individuals I partner with and get to know their families. It is rewarding when I can help individuals reach their goals and live a fulfilling life. In my free time I enjoy having my family and friends over, celebrating special occasions, reading and gardening.

Valerie Nelson- Milwaukee: Before joining TMG, I spent 18 years in the social services field, working with both children and adults. I have training and certification in a wide variety of areas, including non-violent crisis intervention, mental health issues and substance abuse, and community building. These experiences have prepared me to truly partner with you. I am excited to get to know you and share the many wonderful resources available to you, Together, we’ll figure out how to meet your needs and reach your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going to church, catching a great play or movie, and traveling around the great state of Wisconsin.

Victoria Olson- Wood, Adams: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in child protective services (CPS) for two years. I met a lot of children, adults and families from different backgrounds and with different life experiences. Helping others has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Being an IRIS Consultant brings so much positivity, not only to the people I partner with, but to myself as well. It is truly an honor to be able to experience the journey alongside the people I partner with them, and watch them learn, grow, and reach their goals through the ups and downs that life brings to all of us. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoor, spending time with friends, family and my boyfriend, taking walks with my dog, and working out.

Vladimir Kordonskiy- Kenosha, Racine: My background as a PHW for the elderly has enhanced my skills in compassionate support and goal-setting. I love being a TMG IRIS Consultant because it allows me to empower people to manage their own lives and maintain their independence, and it’s rewarding to see them achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy watching sports, working out, and spending time with my spouse, children, and grandchildren.

Wayne Blanchard- Manitowoc, Kewaunee: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a long term care options counselor for an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) in New Hampshire. For the past 15-20 years, I have worked in mental health, vocational rehabilitation, and in long-term care person-centered planning. My years of working with people who have various abilities has allowed me to see things from others’ point of view. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your goals. I enjoy being with family, biking and participating in winter activities. I also love music and being an amateur musician.

Wendi Zaddack- Shawano, Menominee: Having been a TMG IRIS Consultant for over 6 years, I have discovered that I love working with people who wish to have the best in their lives, including the ability to remain in their home and to have people they love and trust caring for them. With my many years of experience in counseling, understanding systems such as state and county requirements and knowledge of community resources, I find this information can help when people reach out for assistance. In my free time, I enjoy camping with my husband, daughter and two dogs, as well as volunteering to transport animals from full shelters to rescues where they can be adopted.

Whitney Johnson- Brown: Prior to coming to TMG I gained extensive experience with providing direct care in Day Service programs as well as service coordination. Working in direct care and providing hands-on care made me realize how passionate I am for this field of work. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is listening to everyone's life stories and hearing what they have to say. Helping people get the most out of their lives is so rewarding! My hobbies include exercising, being outside and spending time with family.

Xee Yang- Brown: Prior to coming to TMG, I have spent six years in the human services field, where I have worked with people who are aging as well as those who have visual impairments and disabilities to help them determine their Medicaid eligibility. I have also worked for another IRIS Consultant Agency for two years as an IRIS Consultant. My extensive experience with providing resources to meet people's needs can help you achieve your goals and live a more independent life. In my free time, I like to garden in the summer, and cook, bake and karaoke in the winter.

Yang Lor- Milwaukee, Waukesha: Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Children's Service Coordinator for Alta California Regional Center, where I assisted families and individuals with disabilities become self-sufficient and independent in everyday living and within their communities All of this has prepared me to be a knowledgeable and passionate TMG IRIS Consultant. Yer Yang- Dane: Before TMG, I spent over 20 years at Community Living Alliance as a Case Manager in Dane County, supporting individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and mental health needs. Fluent in English and Hmong, I excel in communication.  As an IRIS Consultant, I guide participants and empower them to maintain independence in the community.  My extensive experience includes developing person-centered plans and navigating local resources effectively.  In my free time, I enjoy gardening, walking, sports, and traveling.

Zong Her- Milwaukee: Before coming to TMG, I worked for a federal agency for almost four years, where I processed benefits and determined people’s eligibility for programs. This experience, along with my experience working with youth who are experiencing mental health issues, have prepared me to be a knowledgeable and compassionate TMG IRIS Consultant.
