How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering to means to establish a rapport with the participant, that are built on effective communication. This includes actively listening, being authentic, sharing information as well as respecting the participants independence when identifying their goals for implementation.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG Consultant is my passion for helping others achieve their goals and to remain independent.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have 10 years of experience working with families/individual in the social service field, to help prepare me in my role as an IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family and friends.
