Before working at TMG, I worked for North Central Health Care for 12 years. I started as a PCW/CNA, and then was promoted to Care Coordinator for the Supportive Apartments. I have years of experience working with a variety of individuals diagnosed with DD, Mental Illness, and Addictions. As part of each individuals care team, I assisted in creating their self directed care plans and helped them achieve their goals to remain as independent as possible.

By actively listening to the individuals needs, and assisting in any way possible to help them accomplish their goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Being able to see individuals accomplish their goals, and celebrating the hard work they put into the process to get themselves there.

Working in the healthcare arena, and working directly with IRIS in the past.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love spending time with family, helping out at my son's school, and volunteering at different organizations.
