I was an IRIS Consultant with TMG/Molina in 2022-2023. I left to pursue an exciting opportunity in the non-profit sector. I recently returned and reprised the role of IC. I have extensive case management experience, supervisory, and extensive networking skills. I am a people person by nature and am so happy to be back!

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I do as much research as I can, connecting with previous consultants and other care team members to have a good idea of the participants needs and wants. When meeting a new participant, I take time to ask questions about the goals they have and offer opportunity for discussion about options and possibilities to help them reach them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I love being a part of helping people reach their potential and unlock what they did not think was possible.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
With 20+ years of case management experience and strong connections to community and resources, I feel I have many things to bring to the role of IC.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, raising my chickens, and traveling as much as I can.
