Before coming to TMG, I have had multiple positions working with older adults and people with disabilities on different levels of care; from activities director, culinary aide, caregiving, and most recently family care. Working and assisting people with various different needs is something I really enjoy.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am here to assist with all of your self-directed care needs; weather that be long or short term goals, using my resources, knowledge, and experience to assist you in achieving those is my main priority.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I am most excited to be working closely with members to self-direct care for their daily lives. I am the type of person where I like to follow through and see the end goal be achieved, and I'd love to be that assisting person for members of IRIS also.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working in memory care facilities for years really helped me gain hands on experience and knowledge I needed to progress in this field. After using that experience to transition into family care, I then started to do more in the field training with assisting members in the community with housing, jobs, and in home care needs.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my spare time, I enjoy being outside any chance I get! I have a large family and we all enjoy doing outdoor activities together from swimming, hunting, hiking, biking, and boating. In the colder months you can find me cooking and (attempting) to bake as much as possible.
