Other Experience:
Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked with youth and young adult populations. Primarily assisting and advocating for those with physical and cognitive disabilities. I have extensive experience working with individuals with autism/down syndrome/schizophrenia and various mental health difficulties. Additionally, I have worked as a residential behavior clinician providing adaptive services pertaining to the individual's needs in the home and in the community.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'? 
As an IRIS consultant, partnering with you is an essential component towards developing worthwhile connections that brings about change. Developing that relationship and assessing your needs, allows us to develop an effective plan that creates clarity in your life. 

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant? 
Independent self-directed care is an important aspect of what makes my role great. I love being the figure to assist in developing the necessary steps needed to provided the individualized care needed. As an IRIS consultant, I find it rewarding to see the progress needed to support independent care. 

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant? 
There have been quite a few experiences that have prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant. As a young child, my grandfather utilized consultive services in Massachusetts (where I am from). Those staff inspired e to work with populations with diverse disabilities and needs. My experience providing case management and aid in adaptive technologies, truly developed the necessary skills needed for the current position. 

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? 
I enjoy reading, hiking, playing basketball, and most importantly being a father.
