To me, partnering with people to "clear the path ahead" means learning each individuals story, listening to what they have to say, asking questions to know more and create a better understanding of each individuals needs, and providing guidance to develop and achieve outcomes.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being an IRIS Consultant is developing relationships with the individuals I partner with and working alongside them to develop their outcomes.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience has allowed me to work with both the frail elderly population and people with disabilities.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games, reading, gardening, cooking and drinking coffee.
