Prior to joining TMG, I worked as a Community Case Manager, doing so I would work with individuals on a personal level. I would create plans that would focus on the overall quality of life. Connecting people to resources, providers and supports. I also worked in sales and marketing which allowed me to gain relationships with other organizations.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering with participants means meeting them where they are, addressing their current concerns and allowing them to feel comfortable in opening up. Having open ended conversations which allow me as their IC to understand what's important to them
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Relationship building with the participants is my favorite aspect of being an IRIS Consultant.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I've worked in community-based positions at various companies which allowed me to really tune into the concerns of the community and address them properly with the connections that I have made. It allows me to really meet our participants where they are.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy baking and spending time with my family.
