I partner with people to "clear the path ahead" by helping them develop their goals and identify what services would help them meet those goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is that the participate gets to self-direct. It is rewarding to see the participate achieve their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past case manager experience has prepared me as an IRIS Consultant. I have participated in many continuing education credits geared towards cognitive impairments and mental health.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my kids and attending their sporting events. During the nicer weather, I spend most of my time outdoors planting, hiking and playing with my kids.
